We used this company once previously. The company was very professional from the very beginning. We visited the showroom and they listened to our needs, advised us on things we hadn’t even considered, and we made the decision to use them. Their team member came out and did his measurements, made sure we were all on the same page, and we scheduled the work. The installers of our vanity and plumbing were highly efficient and knowledgeable. The electrician was new on the job and required some additional supervision. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were pleased with the results. The company has followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We were satisfied and would use them again.

A bit expensive but worth it. They did all the jobs I want comfortable with in my bathroom rough-in (eg. Shower, water pipes and drywall). Thrilled with the results

I dont recommend. Not professional at all. The guy that came out to my house found it more important to talk on his cell phone than to do his job. The work he did do was excellent but not his priority. Talking on his phone was more important.

I was really disappointed in how my master bath remodel consultation was handled! The quote I was given was $55K....extremely overpriced!!! when I asked the Designer if I could receive a copy of the work order and task list with the itemized price listed for the work being billed I was informed I cannot as the company doesn’t release that Information..I was informed it would take 30 days to complete my project at $95.00 an hour for two contractors. I’m happy to report my project was completed in 10 days for under 10k, $4300 for the labor and just under $6k for the materials.My bathroom is beautiful and I got everything I wanted for a fracture of what MBT wanted to charge me...im happy to share pics of my new spa....

I am so pleased with the installation of my walk-in shower! From the beginning of the process, I worked with the Metro Bath & Tile personnel who were professional, honest and knowledgeable. The installer was OUTSTANDING. My space that was being converted was very small and cramped, but the installer worked diligently to make the new shower beautiful. I would highly recommend them! If I were converting another tub to shower, they would have the job! I wish all contracotrs were as professional and knowledgeable!

Technician sealed the tile floors and the tile walls and grout in my new house before I moved in. He also added a couple of towel bars and a grab bar in the walk-in shower. All work was done very professionally and in one day. I would recommend Metropolitan Bath to anyone. If I need any additional work in the future I will contact them.

Metropolitan Bath and Tile did a great job on the bathroom in our condo. They took their time with me as I selected all the pieces that made our bathroom great. We are renting the condo and they understood how that would effect my choices both in materials and cost. They showed up when they promised and communicated along the way. They even allowed small changes and took care of them quickly. It was a great experience.

My wife and I were quite surprised at the thoroughness of the process and the end result of the professional craftsman work. The quality was top notch and follow up was comprehensive with Ray, the coordinator. I would definitely recommend to others.

Everyone involved was great. But a shout out goes to Sam who by himself did the complete tub to shower conversion. Professional, neat and punctual. The finished product looks wonderful. I would recommend Metropolitan Bath and Tile.

I have to give a five star shout out the the staff at Metropolitan Bath and Tile. My husband (Nicholas Sommese) and I had a full bathroom put in five years ago by MB&T and were very happy with it. However as with all things as they age there were a few small things that were no longer working quite right - a towel bar, a sink stopper plug,etc. To my surprise, they quickly took care of all the items AT NO COST! They are responsive, quick, and a pleasure to work with. They are great!

I selected Metropolitan Bath and Tile because they only do bathrooms and I wanted a company with a solid reputation for quality workmanship. I am 100 % satisfied with the job they did. The designer did a fantastic job in assisting me with selections to achieve my vision for the bathroom. The two workers did excellent work and were so quiet that unless they were doing demo or using power tools, we forgot we had a renovation happening. This was the smoothest renovation I ever experienced. I am more than satisfied and would use them again. I highly recommend this company for any bathroom renovations.

This company gets the job done very well, and they have great service along the way. They show up on time, call back on time, finish on time, etc. Their quality is 5-star. The reasons they get 4-stars overall are that theyre a little pricey for smaller projects, and not as diverse as one would hope.

Were thrilled with our new bathroom. The entire process from start to finish was completely hassle-free. We had put this off for awhile in part because we were overwhelmed by choices. But MB&T made this easy. Our estimator came to our house, took measurements and photos and then we met him at the showroom to make our choices. The workers were professional and neat and such nice guys. They worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible and did a beautiful job. Wed definitely use MB&T again.

My new bathroom was done through Metros Towson office. I wanted all the bells and whistles. It was pricey. Almost wanted to not have it done but went ahead. I was pleasantly surprised. From the time I said go ahead to the time it was completely finished was less than two months. Although it didnt take long it wasnt rushed. It was done right. Top of the line materials. What I thought was expensive turned out to be a bargain. VERY impressive.

Looked into getting a new bathtub installed, they were very responsive and looked to be a good option. Though I found a more affordable solution with less downtime, I wanted to say, if I had gone this route, they would have been a good choice.

I am so disappointed in this company. My elderly parents hired them to update a small half bath (powder room) in their basement (6x4). They charged them $7,640. That is RIDICULOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS!!!! You can get a full bath with shower with that price. They had floor tile installed, a new vanity, medicine cabinet, lights, and paint. They tried to charge them $1,100 to paint a small space but I was able to stop that before they got started. I feel they took advantage of my elderly parents.

This company includes a non-disparagement clause in their contract which prevents me from stating my opinion.
