Precision Tune was very helpful on getting my SUV back on the road. The work was timely and complete. My vehicle was diagnosed and I was given a complete description of the problems found and choices as to what needed immediate attention. When my transmission blew I knew exactly who I wanted to fix my car: Precision Tune in Bowie. I have taken big jobs to them for years on other vehicles (spark plugs, intake manifold, etc.). They replaced my transmission faster than the dealership could, with a better warranty than my original transmission, and for half of the price the dealership was going to charge me! Their prices are fair, they are friendly, and communicate well. If you want a repair done well without the fear of nickel and diming, take your car here!

Manufacturer Recommended Service was great and much more reasonable and enjoyable an experience than at the dealer! The auto technicians are experts in auto mechanics. The waiting room is a comfortable place to wait but you can walk to a McDonalds in seconds if you so choose. Everything is explained and every question answered. The appointment time is honored. In and out in reasonable amount of time is appreciated. I will always use Precision Tune in Bowie. You should, too!

Dependable! Ive beeb a regular for more than 10 years. They have always taken care of my cars. Regular maintenance and back-up their warranty on service. I have saved money using them. Always leary of mechanics, however they are always upfront and let you know what they will do. They also use original parts for my make of car.

I took a car to Precision have an air conditioning problem diagnosed. The car was diagnosed and repaired in just a few hours and for much less money than I expected to pay. The man at the front desk was friendly and polite. I had a very good experience here! I would feel go back to this shop based on this initial experience.

Go here at your own risk. I had a terrible experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. I took my car for all nee brakes and rotors. The cost for the brakes and labor was 800 dollars. I immediately noticed that the new brakes were squeaking and I took it back for a checkup. They drove the car and the mechanic said he heard the squeaking sound, but it did not squeak all the time, so they could not check the vehicle. These people lack professionalism and from the squeaking and now rumbling noise from my brakes, their work is very shoddy.

Hi, I needed brake pads, and rotors on all four wheels today for a up coming inspection. My current brakes were very rusted due to setting. I wanted to commend the auto mechanics and staff for work I consider excellent. They utilized time management skills with a recognizable love for there trade. I would encourage others to seek their expertise.

This shop had been keeping my car on the road for the last 5 years. The prices seem fair and I appreciate that he can give you a workup of everything wrong with your car and then help you prioritize it without pressuring you to commit.Dont expect the warm and fuzzies from Victor, the manager. Ive rarely had any interaction with the mechanics, However, Victor is efficient and very knowledgeable.Overall, Ive always been satisfied with the quality and speed of the repairs theyve made on my car.

Been going here for about a solid 2 to 3 years now. They work very well on your car, explain in excellent detail what is the issue, and will have it done in a timely manner. They will even go out of their way to make sure the job is done. If you need your car serviced, I would personally say it is the best place to go in the area. Victor and the crew will definitely take care of you.

When I needed my car to pass inspection after shipping it from overseas, precision auto was the highest rated shop in the area. After getting my car fixed for a price nearly half what a dealership charged, I knew this was the place I would only take my vehicles to. Very fair prices and fast service.

Precision Tune, a certified inspection station, has always worked with us by letting us know the vehicle issues and the priority order the should be fixed. They have always delivered the vehicle on the day and time requested and offered alternative solutions to different issues. They are extremely diligent and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

After a bad experience with the dealership I brought my car to precision auto for a second opinion and I am very, very, extremely glad that I did. Not only did they charge exponentially less than what I was quoted at the dealership they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Victor explained everything that needed to be done immediately and gave me advice on what could wait until later. I just picked my car up and it is running beautifully! Very early hecked Saturday morning. Looking for a place to take my vehicle to get brakes and rotors replaced. After my normal repair shop stated they were to busy and not sure when they could even look not fix my vehicle. As I drove down 301 I remembered a repair shop behind the McDonalds. Walked in and my prayers were answered when Mr. Victor stated he could service my vehicle. Not only was he nice and professional. He also took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle before, during and after. He communicated with fellow tech to ensure everything was running fine. I was on my way out the door by 11am. If this was my normal shop, I will not name I would have been there until 3pm. Also another customer stated this is the only repair shop that works on her car and now I understand why. I will definite be back for future service. Check them out!!!

They did good work on my Jeep. I went their because I heard they did good work and are honest. While my repair cost was more than I expected it was completed at $250.09 and under the estimate. Therefore, I do think they are honest and I will go back.

Awesome Awesome experience! I have been coming here about 6 years and Victor(the person in charge) has been honest and has excellent customer service. This shop is not out to rob you. I took my car in for an issue and they told me it could be one thing (which was going to be expensive) but Victor said, lets try this other option first to see if it will solve the problem... And it did!!! and I paid so much less. It is like having a trustworthy relative working on your car. Do not hesitate, this is the place for you!

I regularly get my car serviced at this location. They do good, honest work. Never mind stopping to answer questions or explain a problem more fully. I intend to keep bringing my car back to them.

Mr. Victor was extremely helpful when I was in desperate need of help. He is someone who knows how to ask the right questions and he truly listens to your answers. He also documents everything you say. We had a conversation about a noise I was hearing in my car and I described it as a whoomp, whoomp, whoomp sound (LOL), and he put that exact information in the notes. Mr. Victor also trys to get you the best price available. That really sat well with me because I felt like he was not trying to rip me off in any kind of way. I will defiantly be back and I have told family and friends.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Service Facility. I arrived at 7:15 a.m. and it took 3 hours and 15 minutes to get an estimate for brakes. Although Precision Tune checked other items on my car....three hours!!!! I had 0% brakes on my car, but after that much time getting an estimate, not a chance. Me and 2 other customers were there before Victor arrived. I get that Saturday mornings are tough, but come on!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous.I caught a nail on hwy 50 and limped to this service station. The rep behind the counter was extremely helpful, said he was glad I stopped and that Id be in and out in 30 minutes.20 minutes later, an exasperated manager came running in screaming, no more, no more! The rep said, he just needs his tire plugged, will only take 5 minutes! The manager insisted that the service not be completed and that I could not be helped any more today.I walked to the lot to find my tire completely flat and proceed to change it myself in front of the service station.The managers tone and lack of customer service ensures I will not soon be back.

This place is a joke. They told me they were going to fix my vehicle in 1 day and 3 days later I picked it up only to find out that the fixed the problem but caused other problems with the vehicle. They said they performed an front end alignment only to find that when I drove the vehicle it pulled to the right. I guess they dont test drive the vehicle. Now they tell me to bring it back so they can look at it. I guess they will try and keep it another 3 days. This place is a joke.

Every time I visit they say I need tons of work. I get a second opinion, never anything wrong. These people are pirates.

Service was relatively quick. I got advice on what I needed to get fixed. I didnt feel pressured into fixing the things they advised me to repair. I just felt like they were giving me honest advice on what I need to fix right away before ending up on the side of the road. Prices were given up front so I can see how much parts and labor really costs ahead of time.
