I was side swiped a few weeks ago, leaving “racing stripes” down the passengers side of my truck. I brought it down to Angle’s Touch and that was the hardest part. Christina took care of EVERYTHING! Quotes, insurance, rental car. I dropped the truck off, they had rental waiting for me. Jeff and the guys did a amazing job. They color matched the truck from the front fender to the bed. The truck looks better than new. With the body work came a full interior and exterior detail. My truck is fire engine red, not an easy to get “depth” in the paint. The color is deep the shine has lasted well over 2 weeks now. I Couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality. We were so happy with how my truck turned out we brought my wife’s car in for a full detail. I have two young children, a dog, and we live on a dirt road. Needless to say our cars see more than their fair share of dirt. Again, the gar came out of the shop in better than new condition.

I cant begin to tell you how wonderful Jeff and his family and crew have been. As my husband was dying, his wish was to have Angels Touch restore his 1989 Bronco, and he left it in their hands. Well, after much care and expert work, floors and quarters were replaced and restored to new; the interior (seats, dash, hardware and more) was carefully repaired to look young again; the mechanics were completely reviewed and updated; the entire vehicle was painted with this gorgeous pearl and sparkle!; and new wheels and tires put an amazing pizzazz to the whole picture! It really is an example of terrific work.Jeff and his family treated me (and David) with absolute respect. It was more than that -- they treated us like family. And I think their entire shop was so unusual in that they seem to uphold a fine family atmosphereamongst workers, as well.So the time came for me to pick up the Bronco and take her home. Though David had passed shortly after dropping her off, Jeff and the crew were full of pride and honor as they sent me off. Pictures and hugs all around, then I drove directly to the National Cemetery to show David. This is my first time using Angels Touch and it will not be my last. My hood had a couple of dimples and some chipped paint. My drivers side door had a decent size indent that had started to rust. This was caused by a rock shot out from a lawnmower. When I picked up my car, I questioned if it was my car. No dents no digs, just a smooth surface. The door (which was a last minute request) made me smile. They blended the front quarter panel and the drivers side door perfectly. The only unfortunate aspect was the Cape Cod weather. Despite a slight drizzle, the gentleman who brought out my car was wiping her down and trying to preserve the fresh first look. Hats off to the team trying to fight mother nature. Now lets talk about the inside. My leather looked great and the new car smell was back. There was a little miscommunication on one item being done but that was quickly resolved by their team members. Points for great customer service.

First impressions are a big deal. The woman who answered the phone could have not been less interested in such a small project We only do $80-$100K full restorations One day you will wish you had some small projects.

My car was damaged by a malfunctioning gate that crashed down on the roof of my car and then the trunk and spoiler. Angels Touch was recommended to me and they were amazing! They set up the rental car, and kept me informed throughout the process of the repairs. And the end result is what really matters....my car looks like new! My car went in for autobody repair. They found more damage than what the adjuster had originally identified. They worked with the adjuster to get the necessary parts to repair. There was one instance where there was damage to my rear gate that Angels Touch recommended replacement but the adjuster wouldnt grant a replacement. Angels Touch was able to repair the rear gate to new condition. I also had them repair damage that was not related to the accident. When I picked up the car, the car had been completely detailed and looked as good as new.

Great business, great quality done work for the price. Would definitely go back. only reason i gave four stars was because on the exterior detail they forgot to buff and wax my roof.

Top notch from the first time I called with questions, to booking an appointment, to working with Christina on options and quoting, to turn around time but more importantly, the quality of the work. The team was simply a pleasure to work with.I had heavy swirl marks in the black paint of my BMW X6 and the rims needed to be refurbished. When we did a walk around, Christina pointed out a number of service dings and dents that she also wanted to try and get out. The end result was spectacular. Angels touch has done a number of jobs for me- they have repaired the bumper of several cars the company I was a manager at damaged while performing a job at a reasonable price and high standard of work, and treated our client like their own, they have done a full interior and exterior detail on my personal car which was exceptional and most recently took my brand new 2021 which was sandwiched between two cars and restored it to what I can honestly consider better than new condition (given I had just grabbed it 2 months prior and it still had the new car smell when in the accident.) which was impressive. Quality of work matters- but above all the level of communication far exceeded my expectations- although timelines were outside their control (Toyota supply chain issues due to covid) and impacted us, they were not only hyper-communicative with respect to the status and timing updates- but we got the sense they truly felt our pain and thats why they reached out- and they helped us with all the info we needed to keep the insurance companies informed, and more importantly us covered.Dont go anywhere else, especially if they claim to be the least expensive- youll pay for it in either headaches, lack of communication (because they cant afford the help) or in the quality of the finished product- you will not have these issues with Angels touch- coming from a 6x client

I had a very poor experience at angels touch. Got mislead by Christina a girl that worked at the front desk, on the end total on my repair. I stated that i would buy the part an go elsewhere due to my budget I was trying to keep. They said they could keep it within my budget an I went through with the repair! Went to pick up my car to find they lied an stated “ they never said they could honor that price “. Not to mention the insane rental car fees after picking up my car from the shop, they never returned the rental! Leaving my card to be charged!! I had to call enterprise an tell them I returned it in order to get them to back date an get my money back !

Best experience at an auto body shop, ever. I had some paint damaged on a 2017 Mercedes SUV. Three other shops told me all was lost; the hood and fender would need repainting. The team at Angels Touch looked at the same damage, and buffed out the problem for 1/10th the cost of what the others quoted. The paint and clear coat look as good as new. The staff was informative, extremely professional, and accommodating. The value for the dollar combined with exceptional staff means Ill never go anywhere else.

I have used their service several times including detailing my SUV and removal of a bad scratch. Two weeks before my lease was up on my car, some nasty individual scratched the hood quite badly. When I went onto Sandwich Scoop and asked for recommendations, several people recommended Angels Touch. Boy were they spot on. The job the did removing the scratch and marks on the side were awesome. Wow! What a great experience from the quote to repair to pick up. Very friendly and so easy to deal with, communicated the whole way. Offered to set up a rental if I needed for the day I dropped off my truck. Answered all my questions. :) I asked a lot. My truck repair was amazing, they detailed and wash n waxed her. My truck looks amazing like that tree never hit it. lol I will be happily referring friends and recommending folks to use them for repairs and just detailing. Complete detailing, inside and out. Truck looks in showroom condition. Got some stains out of seats that I didn’t think would come out. Shines like new. Will definitely have done again.

For the most part they did just fine, but I found this area was not cleaned and there was still glass, despite having paid an extra $75 for removal.

Water had gotten into my car. So much water that there was a puddle in the back. I called Angels Touch to have the water vacuumed out. They gave me suggestions as to what should be done to fix it, and they did. It took awhile, waiting for parts and such, but they kept me informed about what was going on. I would definitely return to them should I need this type of service again and would highly recommend them to others.

Amazing detail service! Having used my SUV as a beach toy for many years, the team at Angels Touch made my vehicle look showroom new! There was not a grain of sand left in my car. Impeccable work. The staff is very nice and the work was done on time. Highly recommend.

I try to get my car professionally detailed at least twice a year, and when I do, I choose Angels Touch.Why? Because they do the job right the first time. That way, you spend more time enjoying your car, and less time cleaning/re-cleaning it.They were able to maintain my ceramic coating extremely well, and I am very pleased with all the effort they put in.Especially the attention to the windows, there was no overspray on them from interior cleaners, and the steering wheel wasnt left tacky. Small things to be sure, but the kind of things you notice on the drive home.The price was also quite reasonable, and I actually feel I got more than I paid for.

My experience at Angels touch has been nothing short of superb, as you can tell in their quality of work and attention to detail. My wife’s vehicle was in need of an almost complete repaint and clear coat after an encounter with some of the upper capes most vicious territorial birds - turkeys.Backstory: The summer of 2018 was a wild one. As mating season was in the heat of its prime, my driveway soon became a breeding ground for these wild beasts as a rafter of male turkeys took to the black reflective exterior of the BMW 3 series as it was the only chance to ward off competing males (themselves). Surely a last ditch attempt to be crowned champion and prove themselves worthy to the hen.An alert neighbor abruptly notified us of the attack and shooed away the flock, but it was too late. The powerful pecks of the birds easily shedded through the vehicles paint and primer faster than an electric poultry carver on Thanksgiving.Close to a year and multiple insurance appraisals later, I found myself at Angels Touch. They were not only able to make the vehicle like new again, but also provided me with a complimentary full detail which erased long set in coffee stains and wheel brake dust that we thought were incurable, much like the distain in my heart for Cape Cods natural wildlife.As it turns out, time, as well as effort can heal all things.

I got 5 quotes to fix a dent on my truck and this place was the highest. Probably good work, but quite pricey. Shop around there are much better deals out there at other reputable shops

Recently had my truck in for a full detail easy and fast response to set up an appointment. They did a pretty decent job a couple things that will make me NOT return or recommend to others ( honestly I must have recommended at least a few dozen people as I saw their work at former Hyannis location) the windows where not fully cleaned as if not rolled down to clean the top couple inches on all 4 door windows. Second they used something abrasive on the steering wheel emblem that caused the Chrome finish to be removed and when I called to inform what happened I was informed that my truck was almost “10” years old and that maybe it was just happening to fade based on age (ok so it looked like new every other time it’s cleaned but since they cleaned it maybe it just decided to deface? Oh ok). Lastly the exterior was pretty sloppy as there was compound or polish on the hood and a completely untouched foot wide path down the center of the roof and still dirt/mud on the bottom of the doors/ rockers.

Angels Touch in Bourne made my truck look like new - better than new. The drop off and pick up was easy, as well as getting my rental car. I highly recommend them for body work and detailing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a great experience all around.

Dropped off my basically brand new minivan to them after someone swiped me in a parking lot. I have only owned my van 1 year, so needless to say, I was devastated to have it ruined while not even physically driving it. Literally everything with this shop was smooth as can be. They worked with the insurance company for me, got it done in the exact time frame they estimated it would take, offered to help me get a rental, and completely knew what needed to be done to fix the issue. Christina assured me I would NEVER be able to tell another car touched mine (she was right!) I seriously could go on. Picked up my van today, and it looks completely perfect on the outside, clean, and perfect 👌🏻They got out mold and mildew stains on my paint from parking outside all summer and my rims are seriously sparkling.They then made sure to mini detail the interior too. Not a crumb or piece of dirt in sight, and all my windows are crystal clear. They seriously give you your car back as if they were going to be the ones owning it, and treat your vehicle like they would treat their own.Getting hit and being without my van sucked, it was stressful getting hit with my two babies in it with me, and inconvenient to be without our main family car. But the fact that I was only without it for 8 days and now my van looks identical to the way it did when I bought it at the dealership totally makes up for the hassle of someone hitting me. Angels Touch is very professional, and the employees there are wonderful. I brought in a 350Z that had scratches down the sides of it and after getting it fixed the whole car looks better then when I first bought it. They are very nice here and they make sure there work is of a superior quality.

I live on Martha’s Vineyard and chose Angel’s for a repair on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. AMAZING! Christina responded to my Facebook message within hours and made the process seamless. My rental was there when I arrived and my vehicle was finished earlier than expected. I picked up today and it was clean as could be after their COMPLIMENTARY detail. These guys are awesome. I totaled my Volvo when I was on the Cape visiting my folks. While I did not have them repair the damage, since it was an old car, they have been the nicest and most responsive body shop my family has ever worked with. They helped hook me up with a reputable scrap yard that is giving me a fair price, and gone above and beyond, making this huge hassle much less so. If I have the option in the future, I will drive from Worcester to go do business with them.

The owner is the real deal. The guy took one of my cars and made it look amazing. He did better paint work on my Audi than the dealership did, and was also very transparent about timing and what the actual cost would be. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful! They even special ordered an air filter for me from the Nissan dealer down the street and installed it for me. I came in for a full interior detail service and ozone odor treatment. The inside of the car is sparkling. It smells much better even though the car had an extremely strong smell. They were very fair with pricing too. Highly recommend!

My car was recently hit on drivers door, I didnt know these guys but the person who hit me recommended them. Well I cant say enough good about these guys, everything was perfect, the 1st time! I would as likely go to them as I would Toyota for quality future work. Angels Touch was amazing with my insurance claim repair. I had significant front end damage to my 4runner after an accident. They towed my car from Hyannis to their yard, got my car back to me within 2 weeks, and took care of everything with the insurance company for me including the 2 tows. They even called me when they thought I had left my purse in the car. The car came back spotless, looked like new and detailed inside and out. They ended up having a few extra parts they didn’t need for my car and very honestly subtracted those parts from the total cost to me on my deductible and saved me almost $200. Everyone was extremely pleasant and everything was taken care of from start to finish. THANK YOU! Kudos to this family run business, you can really tell they care.
