I dont see these older reviews being relevant anymore. The office is closed. Which is great because it means theyre 100% percent responsive. Its always timely or during a time I ask to be called.. definitely great agents that help you find work. The job site is great. Reasonable hours, good pay, like imagine any industry/warehouse job youve had and had a chair. None? Right. I have a chair.

Went there and filled out about 50+ pages of paperwork, took a drug test and everything to get no response. Turns out it was because of my background. Couldn’t even let me know or give me a chance to find a job, wasted my time.

They schedule my DT (drug test) and Background check i take my DT and pass it but they dont want to answer my calls when ever i call for an update on my BC and when they do answer they sound irratated because i keep calling them because they never answer or call back when i leave a voicemail.. so in my eyes this is by far the worst temp angency to work for in kankakee county

They never answer the phone

This company never paid me like they were supposed to. Do not work for them ever!!!!! All they do is have you work there a couple of weeks and then your assignment gets ended and then they keep your final check and not pay you. I reported them to the Illinois Department of Labor and also spoke to the company at corporate level and they knew they were breaking the law and didnt care. How absurd. The only reason I gave you one star is because I couldnt give you 0 Stars you should be ashamed of yourselves Manpower.

It took them almost 5 weeks to pay me.

Got a call about a job offer that fit me well.I asked them to give me some information about where this place is located,and other job responsibilities,and they never called me back,and as a result I missed out on a well-paying job because these people cant return phone calls.My calls to them got ignored,and I never got a response from them.
