They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, advise us the cost to repair, secure the parts, and have it ready for pick-up with remarkably fast turn around. We (and he!) are very appreciative!

This is the worst place in the world. I brought my ps4 here because I was told they could fix the repair. Upon getting my system back it did not properly work. When I asked for a refund(which on the receipt says I have up to 30 days for a full refund) they were only offering to give me $60, out of the $211 purchase. So, after calling numerous times they finally offered to give me half of my funds and and to give me my game, or keep the system and give me a full refund. I agreed to half. Now I get my game home and its worst than even before, as if they took everything out of the system itself. I pray to God that nobody has this issue with these guys. I dont wish bad on anyone I cant see how they could be doing business like this. I am very disappointed.

Always an honest and informative expirence when I go in. Helped me build my gaming PC and even upgrade it 2 years later. My personal expirence has always been wonderful, but what really impressed me was how well Steve dealt with an elderly man trying to connect his MacBook to the internet. He explained everything so carefully and took his time to make sure the man understood. He even offered to help him over the phone when he got home. That level of respect, compassion, and willingness to help will always get my business.

The guys are very friendly and helpful. I have taken my Mac there twice (SSD and SATA cable) when I got it back the second time there was quite a few scuffs on the computer. Also, be sure to ask for a quote on how much it will cost. Labor is $40 for under half an hour and $70/hr
