No high pressure tactics to buy more stuff. I will go back to Taylor for my next vehicle. Prayerfully, Ill get just as fair a deal, with just as good a service.
Alejandro was a very courteous and helpful salesman. We asked for a specific vehicle and we ended up leaving it that vehicle. Im sorry I didnt get the finance persons name, but he was very efficient and friendly also. It was a great buying experience.
The service team was very kind. They called me back promptly from receiving my message and despite not having an appointment got me in for an oil change ASAP. They inspected my vehicle, changed my oil and replaced my windshield wipers all while I waited in the lobby. It was a great experience and they worked quickly to get me on my way. I really appreciated the printed out report of my inspection. I thought the service was pleasant both on the phone and in person and the price was really reasonable given the work I had done. Everything was great. I highly recommend them.
Dope spot!! I had a YOUNG salesman, Nathan. He was SUPA cool and eye candy but im TOOOOOO old for him. Nice young man, gave him some wisdom and he gave me some information about my new JEEP!! Cool place all around. Only thing I would suggest for them.. if someone was a referral from someone else and they BOTH bought vehicles, give them something for free. Keeps the customer happy AND its good for business.. ijs

They always do a good job it just takes way too long. We pulled right in but did not leave for an hour & 30minutes. I actually put off my oil changes until I can go no longer because I dont have the time to sit there that long.
We ended up buying a Hyundai Sante Fe. But Nathan Hull at Jeep was one of the best sales reps we got to work with in the process. He is passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He really seems to be an expert, no matter the car. We were very close to buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Not sure why they decided oil changes need to be performed at the car wash and detail center down the street in front of Lowe’s. I’ve always brought my truck to the dealer for maintenance until 4 in the afternoon was too late in a Thursday to get it done. And here they just called me last week offering to buy my truck back.

Took my car in for a weird noise and they gave me a loaner car and called me the next day telling me my car was fixed. The atmosphere here is the best I have ever dealt with. I had been looking for a project car and was interested in one of your cars for quite some time now. A Ford Mustang. Even took it for a test drive but unfortunately the check engine light was on at the time. The salesman at the time was a very nice guy and was aware of this and did inform me that it will be addressed. Several calls later for an update and still no word on whether or not any repairs were made. I noticed that the car had been sitting on the lot for a while so we assumed that maybe no repairs were going to be done. That was a bit disappointing. Just thought Id find something else to purchase considering how no one seems to ever have an update on that particular vehicle for some odd reason. On 08/01/1021, after weeks of browsing through the lots of different local car dealers, I was pulled over by a police officer while inside of your private lot. The officer (Diaz) claimed that you (Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bourbonnais) did not want any visitors at the time. However, theres no way anyone would have possibly known that. There were no signs up or vehicles blocking any of the entrances into the lot. In fact, the officer literally allowed me to enter and didnt approach me until some time after when I was in one of the aisle between two rows of cars. A simple warning at the entrance would have been nice. Instead I was allowed to enter and drive around a bit. He later initiated an actual traffic stop by turning on his lights, trailing behind me and attempting to ID me. I stopped. He asked me for id..I refused to ID considering how no crime was being committed and the officer became visually upset. He responded after the ID refusal with so were going to play that game? and stormed off back to his vehicle before I could really respond. very unstable guy. Not the type of person you want approaching guests. This could have easily escalated into someone being harmed or much worse. I truly hope that officers are not encouraged by your dealership to pull up on drivers in such manner. I refuse to believe you are even aware of his actions because ive never had any problems with your dealership ever. Well if you werent aware, now you are. He most likely takes advantage of being assigned to your lot by simply doing way more than whats expected of him. Before this review was posted, i did attempt to politely speak with management about this particular incident but no one was available to assist me. If a police officer is going to be assigned to your lot, at least make sure he or she knows how to interact and talk the community without showing agitation & anger. Please do better TCDJR of Bourbonnais.

Came in to talk to Kevin Emling and told him what I was looking for. Was told the shortage of vehicles was going to last awhile so I ordered my car. Going in knowing my credit and having realistic numbers made the transaction really smooth. Went from ordering my car to 5 weeks later taking delivery of it. Was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Kevin is always on top of his game and always makes you feel good about what your doing all the time. He is truly an exceptional person to work with. Honest and straight to the point with no bs. Best part is i didnt pay over msrp either. Every experience I have with Taylor has always been amazing. My husband and I just bought our 5th vehicle from them and they were awsome, we actually dont live in the area anymore so we had to travel, but we called worked out the deal then when we drove up there, they were ready for us, we were in and out in a short period of time.

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I decided on a jeep compass signed all the papers had the jeep for 2 weeks when i received a call from Ray Marco one of the managers that my financings fell through and I needed to put another $1500 down on top of the $4000 I had already put down. I was going too and told them to give me a few days to figure it out well went back a few days later and Ray proceeded to tell me the dealership was going to lose too much money if I kept the jeep and that they needed it back. Complete and total BS... so I went to another dealership to get something and the same finance company that supposedly wouldnt fund my loan funded my loan at World Hyundia in matteson. Bottom line is that Ray Marco and the rest of them at Taylor dont care about their customers they just wanted more for the jeep then what I had signed the papers for. I will never go back to Taylor or send anyone I know there... when manager will do that to you imagine what the sales people will do... I would recommend if going to get a vehicle DO NOT GO TO TAYLOR!! Also after talking to some people this isnt the first time they have done this to someone....
Was driving from Indiana to look at an F-350 the dealership has. On my way to the dealer ship I was passed by a lime green Dodge charger flooring it passed myself and a car in front of me in a 40mph residential area. To my surprise the car had dealer plates on it and would you believe that when I pulled into the lot that same car was parked in front of the store. Very disappointed in the way an employee would treat a car they don’t even own and how they are so disrespectful to the community to drive so recklessly in a residential area. Just lost my business.

I enjoy doing business here. Ive worked with a number of people here from sales to repair to finance. What got me hooked here was ray Marko. He sold me my first car....2012 chevy cruze. I loved it, sadly we had to part due to accident that had long term damages even after repair. With that being said, currently on child #3, Ill make it my best efforts to return to ray for my next adventure. 😁❤️

I have been a customer at Taylor dodge for almost three years now, thats my to go place when my truck needs repair but recently there service department is a disappointment. I called due to my trucks spare wheel carrier hanger needed to be replaced and the service associate did not know that the spare tire of a truck goes under the truck bed. he didnt know we truck owners use special tools to lower and raise the spare tire. That really irritated me and so I called my original dealership Arlington Heights Dodge Jeep And ram and they were able to tell me right away what it was because they do HAVE KNOWLEDGE of what they do. Then my parts have been in since Thursday and I didnt receive a call to schedule an appointment and when parts transferred me over to the service associate he acted as if my truck getting repaired wasnt a priority. They need to start training these people to know about car, SUV, And TRUCK parts before sending them off to work in a field they have no knowledge once so ever about.

I met with Nate Sharper today to purchase a Jeep Wrangler in a specific color. Taylor did not have the color I wanted so I shared a few that I found online at other dealerships. Nate contacted the first dealership and shared with me that they couldn’t locate the Jeep I was interested in. Then he contacted the second dealership (Freedom in Virden, IL) and he said they told him that the Jeep I was interested in was sold last Thursday. Taylor had nothing in stock that I was interested in so I left feeling somewhat disappointed. I didn’t have a good feeling about what I had been told so I submitted an online inquiry to Freedom regarding the availability of the Jeep I liked. Within 10 minutes Tim from Freedom called me and said the Jeep was available. So I purchased it right then and there over the phone. I called Nate out because I felt that he lied to me. He insisted he didn’t. I had a follow up call later with Tim and he said Taylor made two phone calls inquiring about the Jeep but it wasn’t until after I purchased it. So Nate totally tried to cover his tracks after I called him out. I’m really disappointed in Taylor and wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle there.

The Taylor teams service was way over and above my expectations! My experience buying my vehicle from this place was truly a gift. Starting with Sergio my awesome sales person, to the Finance dept., the Mechanic who listened carefully about a noise I heard in the engine and taught me a little about me car at the same time, to the guy that transferred my plates and even the General Manager who stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. All treated us like family. They were able to facilitate a truly personal happy moment for me when getting to check off a bucket list item in my Mini Cooper Roadster Convertible!! I went in looking for a specific car.Initially the salesman was nice promising that if they didnt have the car in stock that they WILL find it. After we chatted for a bit, I handed him a list of what I was looking for in a specific vehicle. He says, Ill be right back. So sitting there Im thinking, WOW!, they must have the car here because he jumped up really excited!! He was gone for about 10 minutes or so. Turns out he went to go see the manager,(you see, I was going to pay cash for the car and NOT finance it), he comes back with a really special deal EXCLUSIVELY from the manager himself! Turns out that the car he was showing me that was SO EXCLUSIVE had NOTHING REMOTELY CLOSE to what I was looking for AND had listed for the salesman on paper. I mean heres a quick example: the color of the car I was looking for and purchase was a lime green color, the so called MANAGER EXCLUSIVE car was ORANGE! And THAT was just the tip of the iceberg! Why are car dealers like that?I know that they have to sell cars, thats a no brainer- but you walk in with EXACTLY what youre looking for, which by the way DOES EXIST, and they try to sell you something TOTALLY OPPOSITE. Its like going out to a restaurant for dinner and you order a steak and they bring out the CHEFS SPECIAL which is macaroni and cheese!Also, after I left the dealership, minus the ORANGE colored car, they NEVER followed up with me. NEVER AGAIN!!!
The people in the service department were very nice and helpful. However when I picked up my Gladiator it would have been better if they reset my clock and notified me that I would need to re-pair my phone to my radio.
Dealer is decent for the most part. you get what you pay for however I think the salesman have to do better at listening to customers wants and needs. My wife and I went in, said what we want and how much we wanted for, what we needed down to the dollar. He seemed like he was being honest and even gave us a note price of what we wanted and could do; to which he said everything we wanted was included with said price, including the GAP insurance. only to find out when signing the papers that he never included the GAP insurance in the final price for a note. It was very misleading and dishonest. My wife and I were quite upset, but in our dire need of a vehicle we complied to the sale which was almost 100 dollars more (of the originally quoted car note the salesman gave) than what we wanted to pay for in a car note. However it is doubtful we will return for servicing on the car here when needed because if they were this dishonest to get the sale who knows what else they would hide later.
I bought an as is car and was told they would detail it for me and they didnt. I just think when youre told one thing and then they do something different its not right.
Bought a new Wrangler today. Feel like we got a fair deal for a highly sought-after vehicle. Absolutely everyone we dealt with was great. 2 hour process to be out the door. Special mention to Adrianna that was my initial contact via text. She kept me posted and interested. Brandon our salesman was great. Would definitely recommend. Nothing negative to say at all.

I was able to schedule an appointment during the stay-at-home order the next day. Arrived on time and the diagnosis was complete within the hour even though they were busy. My car had engine and brake work done and completed by the end of the business day. The office found applicable discounts to reduce the overall bill by 10%. Very professional and courteous.

Went to look at amused Chrysler 300. I had a friend that lives in the area look at it for me. Based on his input I put money down on the car and drove 1.5 hours to finish the deal. Car was in the same condition they showed it to be. Great deal and easy to work with. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.
Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram is by far the best car dealership that Ive been to. They are organized, quick in the service department, everyone is friendly, and they truly care about you as a customer. 10/10 recommend.
Broke down on side of highway on a Sunday, towed it to the closest dealer which was this one. They had my vehicle back and running by 1pm on Monday and they didnt try to nail me for a service fee or anything stupid like that. I was treated professionally and politely by Sean in the service department. I was impressed and would highly recommend.
