Where to start... had them change put new rear brakes on. While changing left rear rotor, they didnt seat the E brake spreader properly. While driving 5 states away the spreader fell out of position and wedged into the rotor/drum, locking up the left rear wheel. Super fun and glad they took care to replace everything correctly... not. Father in law came and fixed it himself after a very expensive tow.
They have thee worst customer service! Ive had 3 experiences with these people and none of them were pleasant. They most definitely need to take some customer relations classes.
The younger guy that works the front desk continuously made sarcastic remarks to me when I was only asking questions about the work they did to the car. When the owner came in, he tried to clear it up by saying he didnt understand the question.If you only did one thing to the car, how could you possibly think Im talking about anything else besides what I am about to pay you for? If it was indeed a miscommunication, why was the 1st thing to come out of his mouth a snarky remark? He could have said then, Mam, Im not understanding what youre asking (something like that). its not what you say its how you say it.Giving him the benefit of doubt, It was 5p.m. and he was ready to go home, probably had a long day, but that is no reason to speak with customers who are paying hundreds of dollars to your business.
Great shop, very knowledgeable with European cars. Theyve done multiple repairs/part replacements on my Jaguar XJS, and have done great every time. Real nice owners and techs too

I took my Jeep in to be examined for the check engine light. The team was very knowledgable and professional - particularly Jerry who called and explained the issues my car was experiencing in detail. I appreciated that they were thorough with their tests and explanations!

My dad starting bringing our cars there in the 1960s and even brought my cars there in the 70s before I moved to TX. I will have to make an effort to stop by next time we pass through the area to say Howdy.
I will not be back!! I only gave one star because I had to!! Last time I was here, I felt really judged!! Due to my health, Ive not been able to hold a job so therefore money has been tight!! No money, therefore I cannot keep up with upkeep on my car!! They saw a number of things wrong with car, which I totally get. They asked questions in a roundabout way about my car, etc. I answered their questions while keeping it together. (I was upset because I couldnt afford to repair what needed to be repaired. But Im sure it came across as if I didnt care which I do.). They seem to have an attitude toward me (which thats what appeared to me) and my car. What happened to some empathy and compassion? Times are hard, weve been going through a pandemic!!

I had Levis garage perform a PPI on a vehicle I was looking to purchase sight unseen.I explicitly asked Jerry when we were speaking on the phone about the condition of the clutch seeing that the vehicle had higher mileage. He stated that all was well, no slipping or anything like that, however it wasnt possible to tell life because the clutch is self adjusting.When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a substantial shudder when releasing the clutch, a skipping feeling. I figured it was just from the vehicle sitting on the lot for some time and would burn off, trusting Jerry would have mentioned it if it would have been an issue. Fast forward two weeks and a trip for Honda and the vehicle is in need of a new clutch (likely flywheel as well). I fully accept the responsibility that I purchased the vehicle as is. However, the fact that Jerry did not clue me into this before the purchase when I was fully dependent on him is a let down for me.

Does good work. TERRIBLE office skills, including answering phone and how they treat customers. VERY overpriced. They had me waiting outside for 75 minutes in the winter, because they locked the door went to lunch. I couldnt pick up my car until I got back.
