Best massage ever!! I haven’t been to a spa this luxurious EVER (well, maybe that one place in Peru- they were EPIC!) The Massage artist hit every spot perfectly. The showers were incredibly strong- hot and rejuvenating— the meditation room was soothing with a fireplace and tea- and I came away SO relaxed and refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of the week! In fact I was so destressed I tackled snowshoeing up Cottonwood canyon the next morning!

Best spa around! From the front desk experience to the check out. They are wonderful ladies who care and take care of you! I will be returning as much as I can and so glad I found a place that I can trust and enjoy! A plus is You will also get referral credit for people who come to visit! We really enjoy coming to Sego Lily. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the amenities are nice! We like to spend time in the meditation room before and after our massages as a way to unwind and reset before having to re-enter normal life. The steam rooms are nice as well. We highly recommend Sego Lily!

We did a couples deep tissue massage and it was absolutely amazing!! They made sure we were taken care of. Not only was my body relaxed, my mind was relaxed and calm for once. My only regret was doing 60 min and not 90 min. I will definitely be going back!

Its been a month and my French tip pedicure is still going strong!

I did a pedicure with friends here a few weeks ago and it was very relaxing. They did such a great job with the atmosphere and the details. I went back for a massage last week and my massage therapist was incredible!! Really just so pleased with my experiences there all around. Plus the robes there are soooo soft :)

I accidentally booked a spa package at the Bountiful location instead of the Midvale location but I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! The inside of the spa is beautiful and peaceful. The meditation room, where you can sit to relax, enjoy the fire, and drink a hot cup of tea, is perfect! The staff, specifically Eben (massage therapist) and Amanda (master esthetician) were welcoming, educational, and perfect matches for what I needed! This is a great place to feel rejuvenated!

My friend and I visited for the Girls Day Out retreat package. We felt well taken care of and attended to. We got great massages and enjoyed our facials a lot! All of the service providers were fabulous. We felt real boujee having lockers to store our things and our own robes. Which, by the way, those robes are so warm and comfy.Our only set backs was the fact that we rarely saw each other. We understand separate facials and massages, but it would have been nice to have our pedicures together. 90 minutes of pedicure is a long time when quite a bit of it youre sitting by yourself. Its lonely. Also, the value for the 90 minute massage needs to be improved. Again, the service providers for the pedicures were very friendly and we both separately enjoyed who provided our pedicures, but I can get a much more worthwhile pedicure at any nail salon for less. Theres too much time sitting by yourself with nothing going on, besides your feet sitting in water or wax. Nail salons add a lot of value to their pedicures with calf massages, sugar scrubs, lotions, hot stones, wax or hot towel wraps without breaking the bank. Additional positives to the pedicure was that theres a snack and they serve hot chocolate, sparkling water, or tea.

Quick and easy appointment set up. Very nice and clean building and rooms. I had a quick and inexpensive ear waxing service, and was treated as kindly as someone that may be there for much more expensive treatments.

This spa is GREAT! I’ve been to quite a few nice spas on vacations and this is such a sweet getaway right here in Utah. The ambience is so relaxing and grounding, they have lots of great packages you can choose from, and the staff are very skilled. My husband and I chose the couples suite package which included a one hour soak with treats included and 60 min massages, it was awesome! The tub for two is so fun and the massages were so so great, loved it. We even went during covid crazy times and it was safe and still so relaxing.

Cassie was amazing! She took time to get to know me and made sure to spend time on my problem areas, and she had really great communication. I left feeling so much better. Im excited to go back!

Their masseuses are more like massage therapists. I have great massage experiences here with Seara (pronounced like Sierra)! However, right now its really lame because you cant use the sauna or the steam room, there are no snacks any more, and no more luxury robes. It sucks. Usually those are the icing on the cake.

The atmosphere amazing. And rooms are done incredible. My therapist was amazing. The hot rocks where worth it. Its very clean and the mediation room where you wait is relaxing in itself. Ill make the drive to go to this location.

This place is the real deal! The ambiance is so beautiful and relaxing. All the little details, the quiet doors, the locker room amenities, the meditation room, its amazing! If you get a massage, youre treated to a robe and sandals and complimentary steam bath. Makes it quite the treat! The therapists do an amazing job and really focus on making you feel relaxed. I also got a lash lift and got beautiful results. The whole place is just levels above other spas Ive tried, and now I wont go anywhere else!

Got a sampler that was 90 minutes of massage, reflexology, Himalayan salt stones, and cranial sacral unwinding and it was amazing!!! So healing and relaxing. The environment is very clean and luxurious and healing. Loved Connie. She was awesome! Everyone should experience this!

Excellent experience. Staff very friendly and professional, the ambiance was relaxing and very comfortable. Meditation room offered a selection of excellent hot teas, plus infused water and healthy treats. Ladies dressing room was stocked with anything you would need for before and after your spa treatment. The spa was neat, clean and presentable. I had a full facial and back treatment. It was wonderful. My comfort was one of the top priorities, the room temp was perfect and my Sego Lily rep was excellent. Im not from Utah and I travel a lot including international and I can honestly say that this was an excellent experience.

I always go here for my massage. I just had a wonderful one few weeks ago with them and it was one of the best that I have had in recent time. The place is very clean and relaxing. After the massage I was encouraged to make use of the steam which I did and it was just an amazing experience. Wonderful therapist and great customer service. I am definitely giving them 8 stars rating if there any review like 8 stars. I am going back there some time soon.

I cant remember who did our couples massage but it was fantastic. I asked for pressure and she brought it. It was also super clean. And if you are a guy, its like you have the whole bathroom to yourself. I never felt like they wanted me out of the spa. They just let you relax before and after.My one complaint is the snacks. My wife has a fatal peanut allergy and the main snacks had peanuts in them except for the mints and drinks. It made her uneasy and extra cautious. I LOVE the idea of providing snacks and allergies that bad are so rare.

The atmosphere is awesome, quiet and comfortable. We got a couples massage and it was delightful! Natasha is an amazing masseuse and I will definitely be scheduling with her again. I would recommend her to anyone. I will say this Sego Lilly is a bit smaller than the one in Midvale but I do like the lighter color of walls as it makes the building not as confusing to navigate. The bathrooms were nice and they do have a steam shower, although it was out of order when we were there. All the amenities of the bathroom are the same, lotions, haircare products, hygiene products and all that. All in all it is a nice spa and I plan on returning soon!

My wife and i enjoyed couples message and couples soak. private room with a large tub that we could both relax in prior to our messages. There was sparkling cider and small treats to enjoy during our romantic soak. the message were excellent, they really catered to us. will be back for sure. nice way for a husband and wife to reconnect.

There arent enough words to express how much I enjoyed my experience here! My husband and I got a couples package for our anniversary and we cant get over how wonderful and heaven like it was. Everyone who works there sure goes above and beyond what you are paying for. Its worth every dollar! You wont have any regrets. I love your spa! I had no idea such a beautiful spa oasis excised in Bountiful. I got the Native American treatment and it was just wonderful Kaylee (I think) was amazing and the salt scrub, steam and moisturizer was just lovely. The meditation room was just what I needed before and after my treatment. I can’t wait to come back and experience everything else Sego Lily has to offer.

This spa has very exceptional and professional service. They even have a steam room in the locker room! Theres a meditation room and fireplace. They accommodate clients with little amenities like hairspray, brush, razors, shampoo, body wash, lotions, and a hair dryer.I got the massage with hot rocks and it was one of the most relaxing massages Ive ever had. The price is also very reasonable and worth the quality service. Sego Lily is by far the best place Ive been out of many other competitors. I highly recommend giving this spa a try!!! Youll love it!

My boyfriend and I did the couples soak and 60 minute massage. It was his first ever massage and my first couples experience. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the soak and ate most of the delicious snacks. Our therapists were great and I was definitely sad when my time was up! I would love to come back and try another spa experience in the future.

My mother and I got massages and facials for mother’s day and it was absolutely phenomenal! The steam room in the dressing room is great. The overall atmosphere is very calm and inviting. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Jamie did my facial and she was incredible! Renee did my massage and her pressure was spot on the entire massage. I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone, and will definitely be returning next year for our annual mother’s day festivities!

This place is perfect. We booked a birthday celebration with four pedicures. It was so relaxing and our feet look amazing! The staff was so friendly and attentive. All the little touches from aromatherapy neck wrap to beverage and snacks, made the experience extra nice. I would highly recommend!

I love this day spa! The atmosphere is calming and restful. You wouldn’t know it runs along a busy street! The therapist I had today, Tasha, was beyond fantastic! Ive had a lot of massages in my life, but this was AMAZING! A first class experience for sure!!! The spa is GORGEOUS, and so relaxing. I felt so pampered by the staff and their services making sure I had just what I needed. The staff showed me around and informed me of what amenities were available. I enjoyed the snacks, drinks, comfortable robe and slippers and the list goes on. It was the perfect break for a busy mom and caregiver. Oh, and on top of all of that I enjoyed the steam shower before and after my massage and meditation room. Ill be back for sure! Thank you!!!

Had the sampler massage. It was very relaxing! This was my first time getting a massage at this location. It was clean and pleasant. Sierra was my massage therapist. I have some back issues and she was very thorough at working through those areas. The reflexology was awesome! I also loved the hot stone work! My only complaint is that this was a couples massage and a birthday surprise for my husband and the automated text message system sent him a appointment confirmation text the day before. Oh well what can you do?

I cant speak to how their therapists and practitioners are, but as far as customer service, wow. Terrible. We booked a couples massage a month in advance for our anniversary. The night before my husband and I got fevers, sore throats and body aches. I called the second they opened to let them know that we were going to cancel. I was informed because I was technically within their cancellation window they would charge me 50%. I definitely understand a cancellation policy. I am a massage therapist of 12 years and have worked at many different high end spas. Cancellations are annoying and we rely on the fees from them in order to get paid and not miss out on no shows. But never, once, have I ever worked for a spa that charged guests who got sick, in accidents, or had circumstances beyond their control. Especially guests who call as soon as they know theyre ill. (Which I did, at 9 am when they opened!) And, as a therapist, I dont want to touch people who are carrying viruses or bacterial infections!!! I hate wearing masks during services for sick guests who are rude enough to show up sick, because its hard to breathe and they dont offer complete protection. So when I argued the policy, she reaffirmed that they were going to charge me. After arguing for a few minutes she reluctantly agreed to cancel it. Later, my husband called to confirm that the girl (who didnt sound experienced) did what she agreed to and he was also told they were going to charge us! Im sorry, but ANY other spa in the area wont do that to sick guests. Your receptionists are rude. And your sick cancellation policy is unusual and unreasonable. With so many other spa options in the Wasatch front, we wont be back. Btw, when we called to cancel our dinner reservation, the receptionist said, “I’m so sorry you’re sick on your anniversary.” What a contrast... someone showing genuine concern and hospitality goes a long way in creating customer loyalty.

Great atmosphere, great service. The only thing holding me back to a five star is there steam room. I feel like the before and after effects of a steam room really help my body relax enough to be able to get rid of my knots but it had a foul smell a musty hasn’t been cleaned in awhile smell. It was hard to stay in there. Only did it before. Wish they would fix it. Definitely would have a return customer if they did.

I went in for a Classic Massage and it was lovely. The receptionist was very polite while checking me in and showing me around the spa.Erin Price was a wonderful massage therapist and made sure I was comfortable. She paid attention to my comments and targeted the spots I’d mentioned—without neglecting others.There are two things I would have appreciated. 1. Unfortunately, the steam room wasn’t working while I was at the spa, but I understand that happens sometimes. 2. I also wish I’d had a facial moisturizer or moisturizer with SPF to apply after the shower I took.The meditation room was so relaxing (I loved the fireplace) and overall the atmosphere was very calming.

I had my nails down here one afternoon right before my wedding. My the time I went to bed on finger had lost the polish and by morning over half had. My toes stayed on nicely.They did try to pamper us and it was nice to have some munchies when we had a pedicure.The service is very nice there, just not worth the money and the quality of the polish (They have their own brand) isnt good.

I love sego lily spas, but I usually go to the one in Layton, this was my first visit to this one. The showers and locker room are closed due to covid, which I half understand. Only bc gym lockeroom and showers are open. But I received my facial and the women did it with gloves, which I tried to relax but the squish noise gloves make it was impossible. I asked at the front desk how long they would be doing that( bc if they told me that when I sched, I wouldn’t have sched) and she said oh, we only do that for high risk or old ppl. So I got a condom facial for no reason! She said she guessed the women had just not been told yet. I tried to brush it off but I have now found out I must be allergic to latex or whatever the gloves are bc now my face has been broken out and itchy for the last two days following the facial. Very disappointed. I will stick with Layton.

Loved the girl who did my pedicure and loved the actual pedicure! However, I paid extra to have a 90 min pedicure and really only received 70 min. I arrived on time for my 3pm appointment. Didn’t start until 3:10 and then finished by 420. I paid, walked out and got into my car at 430. Underwhelmed that I paid the extra but didn’t get the extra time.-Tara Nelson

Positives: Atmosphere and staff were super nice. We purchased the Couple’s Suite Retreat. The robes they provided added a comfortable touch. The couple’s soak was nice along with the sampling of local tastes. The side-by-side massages were in the same room which was convenient. My husband enjoyed his massage and we both felt that our masseuses were professional and kind.Negatives: My massage felt more like a gentle rub. I asked for deeper pressure two times but the pressure never felt deeper and I did not feel satisfied at the end. I still felt the same aches, pains, and body stress from before the massage which was disappointing.We wouldnt purchase the Couple’s Suite Retreat again because it includes an extra 30 minutes in the couple’s sweet which costs $80 and I didn’t feel that was worth it.

Absolutely love this Spa. My wife and I make it a tradition on our anniversary. The staff is friendly and professional. If you are ever worried about a massage being weird or awkward don’t be! They make it very simple and all the extra touch stuff like a meditation room, steam room and full ability to walk out of the spa ready for a business meeting it is well worth your time!

I had never heard of a body polish before. My sister-in-law gave me a gift certificate last Christmas and I just used it - a year later! Wish I hadn’t waited so long.It was the best spa experience I have ever had! Glorious! This will definitely become a regular thing for me. Kathryn was great I’ll definitely ask her again.

I highly recommend Erin for massages!Ive been going to this spa once a month, for almost a year now and I absolutely love this spa! I usually book my appointments with Stephanie for massages, she is Amazing! However, my last appointment date I had to change last minute and Stephanie was already booked so I ended up with Erin. I was anxious before going to my appointment with Erin because you never know what a new massage therapists style and skill level will be. All I can say is WOW! Erin is SO good at what she does & is so experienced! My body felt incredible after, every area was worked on and she gave the right amount of super firm pressure to my hands and feet which are my problem areas due to neuropathy and those areas have never felt that good before, she did an amazing job! Shes also really nice and we had a great conversation.It was my first time getting the Ultimate Body Cure, which included a Vichy shower, scrub, massage & so much more. The Vichy shower was so amazing! I felt like a queen, just completely pampered! That treatment is now my favorite! I highly recommend that treatment and Erin! Also, you can choose what type of massage you want for that treatment, I chose the hot stone, which was so wonderful. I already have my next appointment booked with Erin for the same treatment but just added more time to the massage, I cant wait! :)

We took the class for our anniversary and ended it with a soak. Our instructor/massage therapist was incredible, I would highly recommend this to any couple looking to relax and learn more about massage.

I went on a gift card, and received a pedicure. The spa itself and the pedicure tools etc were extremely clean (which is important to me) and very relaxing. The drink and snack tray were a classy touch. My pedicurist forgot to massage my other leg but we were so busy chatting it was fine. :) Will be returning for another one.

Hidden treasure! Beautiful and peaceful inside. They had all the toiletries I needed to get ready and a lovely little steam room. I also took advantage of the hot tea and water available. I typically don’t do reviews, but Catherine was just too good to keep quiet. She listened to my needs and was worth every penny for a 60 min deep tissue massage!

They take great care of us, and the staff is pleasant. We have found the massage therapists know my (and my husbands) pressure levels, and they are very knowledgeable in the different massage techniques.The environment at Sego Lily Spa really is what keeps us coming back. My absolute favorite place to get a massage! Allow extra time to sit in their relaxation room and then spend some time in the sauna. Fully stocked restroom and showers allow you to get ready for your day right there. Wonderful staff and I’ve tried several different massage therapists and they were all excellent!

There was a mistake when I scheduled my spa appointments for a girls day but the staff was quick to apologize and find a solution to the situation. The manager called me twice to ensure I was able to keep my appointment and have the experience I was so looking forward to. My friends and I had a wonderful relaxing time and I received one of the best massages I have ever had. I will definitely go back!

Exceptional service! Hands down one of the nicest places I have been in a long while. My massage was phenomenal and my fiancé loved his as well. We did the couples soak before our massages and it was well worth the money for the relaxation. Can’t wait to go back!
