Unfortunately, I can’t recommend staying at the Utah Chalet in Brighton (Powder Hound). Although the furnishings, appliances and décor are nice and new, the building itself is old and has terrible construction. The walls and floors/ceilings sound like they are made of plywood. This is a 3 level building with multiple units. You will hear every footstep and movement from the people above you. It’s sort of a lipstick on a pig situation. It was one of the most annoying vacation stays we’ve ever had. We had multiple things not work in the unit and the owners (staying on-site above us) were accommodating to get them fixed. There was scheduled construction activity above us which was not mentioned during booking. There were workers walking by and setting up ladders in front of windows and drilling above us for 2 days. We were offered an apology. The wifi is pretty much non-existent, especially in the mornings. We would occasionally get a little here and there but we had to rely on a tether to get anything done (there is one bar of Verizon LTE). This was brought to management’s attention twice and nothing was done to remedy. There is no oven in this unit. Just an electric cooktop and microwave. The listing says the jacuzzi is shared. It is not, it belongs to the largest unit on the top.

Recently stayed at Coral Springs in Hurricane Ut, (VERY close to St. George, Zion National Park, Tuachan amphitheater, good shopping and oodles of restaurants) Our condo was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Large table for family dining, outdoor grill and covered patio with furniture and an outdoor table too! Great amenities-the pool was amazing! I would definitely recommend Private Vacations when finding a vacation rental-thanks!!

Stayed at property (2383 N PARK CENTER DRIVE, WASHINGTON, UT 84780 )Grill ran out of gas, we emailed company who said they would come replace the next day. They never did bathroom sink with the queen bed in it was broken and would splash up. The pool table/hockey table hinge was broken. They didn’t have all the pool balls. Some of the pool sticks were missing tips. Overall the home townhome was nice but for $830 for 2 nights with a 4pm check in and a 10am check out I thought it’s important for people to know

Youre talking to someone who genuinely cares about your stay and finding you the best deal. Their properties are geared towards family and groups. Highly recommend to anyone!

The last few times in the store it is hard to get help even when needing to talk with someone before buying.
