I scheduled an appointment for 2 to do my taxes. I came in a bit early and people who didnt have an appointment and just walked in were taken care of before me i was waiting for 45 minutes it was... Very annoying. They charged 135 for me to do my taxes which was more then I expected when tuebotax will to them for free. Wont be using them next year.

Ive had Sandy do my taxes since moving to Utah in 2013. I have used H&R Block since 1990s.

I called and asked about fees, was told it would be around$100, when we were done, it was over $300. Also asked if my wife needed to come with me and they said they could give me paperwork to take home and have her sign. When I was done, she had to come in and e-sign. Also asked about the loan, and was told that since my refund was$9800, I would get approved for $3000, and i only got $500. Very disappointed with the whole process.
