I was nearly run off the road by someone driving a NSL Saw and Tool vehicle who I have now learned was the owner of the company. After I honked he flipped me off, sped up and cut me off. I have never used the service but based on this first impression I would urge others not to
I just moved from Los Angeles to UT, Ive used the service twice. The first time they got me what I needed same day. The next time I had no rush and they did a great job as well.%65 of your money stays in the local community when you shop local. Id rather support a local, small business that does a good job.I read two negative comments, they must have been misunderstandings. The people I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.
Ive been with these guys since day 1 - 30 years ago almost and have always been treated super good. My blades are and my shears have always been sharpened perfectly. And the one time Ive had an issue with a blade, it was immediately fixed. Theyve even let me come in with emergency oops I dropped my shears and fixed them on the spot. These guys are great and I would recommend them to everyone..!!
After moving to Utah after 28 years in Massachusetts I tried NSL to sharpen some router bits. They did an excellent job on the bits and didnt get any burn marks in the hickory I was using to build Kitchen cabinets. Now they deliver to where I live. Excellent service
They used to do a good job, however nearly a year ago when I tried to use a freshly sharpened blade it would not work at all so I sent it back to be fixed. No less than three phone calls later, one of which was two weeks ago when the owner told me he would mail it back to me. I have since had to replace the $30 blade as I need it to earn a living. Patronizing this business may cost you time, money and agrivation
They did a fantastic job!!! on all my chainsaws and axes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything sharpened. Great customer service also.
I would give this company zero stars if i could. I walked in with needing a lot of work done probably a few thousand dollars worth. waited for 15 minutes before the owner Marcus Muir approached me with a very arrogant attitude. I didnt even let him quote me because he was so rude i will never come back and I will tell every person I know that would use this type of service to go else where.Which is a lot of people I own my own company and know a lot of people. Marcus is the rudest business owner I have ever met.
The guys at NSL saw and tool are Sharp!. Ive come in with multiple projects. I have nothing but great things to say. Projects were done on time and were priced very reasonably. The attention to detail is awesome. I Highly recommended this place and will be a repeat customer.
Great place for knife sharpening! Once a year I take all of my kitchen knives, and a couple of others, to NSL . They do a superb job and, at this writing, charge just $.72 per blade inch. Yesterday I dropped them off at 10 AM and picked them up at 4:30.
They are fast and reliable.
Great, friendly, helpful service. 5 stars!
Took our Boy Scout troop’s Ax to be sharpened and they did it for free. Fantastic work and excellent service!
Excellent service and fast turnaround these are my go to guys for all my drill bits saws and tools at my shop!
Knives, saw blades, axes, drill bits.. they sharpen them all. Great guys to deal with and fast turnaround. My go-to sharpening guys from now on.
Great results and above and beyond customer service.
I have used them for years. Saw blades, lawnmowers and knives. Nothing but great service at a fair price. What more can I say.
