I had a lot of positive experiences with Alphagraphics in bountiful in the past when Esther was working there. This time around I was disappointed in the lack of client care. The order was done late, the design was not what we asked/agreed to, when they went to redo the design they cut the cards so poorly that they couldnt be handed out. I had to go in and point this out. Finally, we had to wait 3 more hours for the cards to be completed and I had to reschedule an appointment with a client due to the run around. Oh, and refunds were not ever mentioned.I had a lot of other projects I would have used their office for. Disappointed that it didnt work out.

It was my first time to email them what I wanted printed, I didn’t do it right the first time. But they were patient and helped me. I had a great experience getting my final product printed.

Ive done many projects at Alphagraphics in Bountiful. Both large and small. Everyone there is so helpful and the end result is always top-notch. Definitely my go-to for all my printing needs!

I called to ask questions about decals for my business, and the girl that answered the phone said I needed to speak with Kevin, who can give me all the details about it and to set up an appointment where we could talk about what we wanted. She said he wasn’t in the office, but sent me to his voice mail to leave a message to have him call me. She also said that she would send him an email as well to tell him to call me. Two days later I still hadn’t received a call. I called the Bountiful Alphagraphics again and the guy that answered said that Kevin wasn’t in the office. I explained that I haven’t been called back, so he put me on hold to call Kevin to see when he would be back in the office, and when he came back on the phone, he said that Kevin would be back in 30 minutes and would call me as soon as he got back. It’s now been a few weeks, and I will not waste my time calling back. This is poor and unacceptable customer service. Unbelievable!

This print center is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very talented when it comes to taking care of any printing needs. I worked with Cameron to print a book of piano solos and his work was fantastic! He also printed two different sets of business cards for me. The quality @ AG is impeccable. They will always be my go to for all my printing jobs. One suggestion, however: do get a concrete quote on the cost.

I have worked with plenty of print shops and always had great experiences with them. This is the only print shop that has given me an awful experience. I just gave them a second chance and it was a total waste of my time.1. They are overpriced. They charge twice as much as other print shops.2. The first time I called, they refused to give me a quote estimate over the phone. Which was fine, but I did not expect to have to wait a business day for a quote when other shops were able to give me one on the spot over the phone. I feel like they should have let me know how long I should wait for the quote.3. I thought to myself, I was probably being picky. I thought the interaction would be better since all I was ordering were flyers that were 1/2 the standard letter sized paper. I told her that the cardstock material would be fine and there was silence (I assumed she was pulling up a quote) and she hung up on me. If you didnt hear maybe you should repeat the question or say hello before you hang up? And then I called back for a quote and she blamed me for not clarifying whether I wanted the cardstock paper. Then I had to ask for the turn around time. I believe that this is information that should be provided to me.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and total lack of professionalism. I do not know how this location has a 4.7 star review. I will be letting my business collogues know about my experience here.Here is some constructive criticism for the team. Maybe your business does well and you dont need more clients, but I think that a basic phone etiquette training might be helpful. Here are some pointers:1. Asking clarifying questions to accurately access the problem.2. Avoid long awkward pauses and keep the caller engaged throughout the contact.3. Maintain a polite tone of voice.4. Asking the caller if they have any other questions before ending the call.5. Engage in the conversation so that the caller has no need for repetition.6. End the call with a courteous closing.7. Let the caller know specific times they should expect to wait.I believe these things should improve the customers experience when they interact with your team!

The staff member that processed my copies & scans reacted like they were an inconvenience & seemed bothered by the fact that I didnt mind waiting for 8 large copies & scans instead of returning at the end of the business day... I just love using Alphagraphics. I seem to use them almost on a weekly basis between events I host, church, and school projects. My favorite person to work with is Isabelle. She is so knowledgeable, shes patient with my many requests, and is always happy to help! Im just sad when youre closed on Saturdays and I have to go the Fedex, they are terrible to work with and the finished product is awful.

I have always preferred to go to Alpha Graphics vs the competition.However, that has all changed. I took an item to be copied. It was supposed to be completed the next day. They lost it! (No problem, only a cookbook I am the author of and it was my last good copy!) A few days later they called and said they found it. My daughter went to pick it up and they couldnt find it. Finally they found it, or so we thought. They sent copies home with her and then she figured out they only copied the divider pages, the recipe pages were still lost.Later I went to have them copy my old tattered copy. I told them I was not going to leave it there and the young man was very kind and not only copied those pages but scanned them and sent them to me for later use..When I got home I noticed they had not punched the holes for 3 ring binder use. I went back to have them done. I waited 17 minutes (no exaggeration) at the front counter. About 10 of those minutes they were working on another order, which wasnt a problem at all. However, to stand there waiting 7 more minutes while the 3 of them stood around doing nothing. I left without being helped. SORRY - I have finally come to terms with the fact that I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to my previously favorite copy center.

I love how I can send something to their general inbox and a proof shows up quickly in my inbox and once I approve it the actual printing is done shortly there after. Great customer service. If anything does get misprinted they always take responsibility, even though it is mostly my fault and they just solve it.

Emailed my color copies to be printed. Got an email stating they will print them when I come. Not sure why I would plan ahead and email them if they were just going to print them when I arrived. The sign even says “Want to speed up your visit?” then email them. Got to the store and stood at the counter for over 25 minutes with no greeting or anyone else ahead of me. Multiple people behind me left after waiting so long. I will never come here again.

The people at this location are so great! They are helping 2 classes of 1st graders have good dictionaries that wont fall apart half way through the year. I can do the comb binding at school, but that always seems to fall apart when theyre in a desk and used a lot. I planned on having to pay for them out of pocket and was hoping for a good deal to help offset the cost. They gave me a GREAT deal!Thank you!

I love working with Tina Burningham at Alpha Graphics in Bountiful. Alpha Graphics does all types of printing, signs, promotional products, vehicle wraps, etc, and do a great job and fast copies and print. For any project you need done, I recommend asking for Tina.

This place was utterly horrendous - the prints I’d ordered were garbage and the customer service was simply appalling.I arrive at 16:50 (4:50 pm) and, while I know I’m pushing it a bit on time (considering the store closed at 17:00), I am instantly greeted with an exhausted sigh upon entering when I ask if it’s all right for me to set my tablet down on the counter so I can use it to email my photos to the store. I then proceed to ask for the email (as I hadn’t been to this particular printshop before), to which the cashier responds by flippantly and exasperatedly gesturing a hand towards a sign with the email on it. And when I ask for the WiFi, he sighs and mutters it curtly. Once the email sends, I ask what types of paper he can print my art onto in color and what sizes of paper I can use. Rather than assist me in finding something that works, he becomes extremely unwilling to work with me or help me know all that the store can do for me. I ask what kinds of paper they have and his responses were along the lines of “normal paper” and “poster stuff if you want to wait a few days.” I resort to just having him print something “akin to photo quality” as he’s giving me no real assistance in knowing what they offer. I’m given back the grainiest, lowest quality prints I have ever seen. I pay for them anyways, for I already used the store’s resources. And all the while I’m trying to get this guy to work with me, he continuously reminds me that they’re closed, rather than helping me get what I came for so I could be out of his hair. Overall, this experience was just terrible. I recommend going someplace else if you want anything printed, especially if it be digital art.

They do a great job with printing. My only issue is that every time I come into this location, they lose my prints. Then they have to print them again, even when I get an email confirmation saying it was printed and ready picked up. Big waste of my time.
