NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, BROKERS ARE LIARS AND UNRESPONSIVE . I BOOKED A REEFER LOAD WITH JENNIFER MORROW.PICK UP WAS 5 PM ON 08/28 BUT WAS LOADED NEXT MORNING AT 11 AM, FIRST DELIVERY WAS 6 AM, WE ARRIVED THERE BEFORE 3 AMBUT RECEIVER TOLD DRIVERS THAT APP TIME IS NEXT MORNING, IT TOOK 4 HOURS TO REACH THE BROKER, THEN SHE ADVICED TO GO TO SECOND DROP, SECOND DROP TOOK 9 HOURS TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK, AND BY THAT TIME 1 STOP WAS ALREADY CLOSED .THIS WAS LOAD WAS BOOKED FOR A TEAM, NOW SHE IS SAYING I PUT A SOLO FOR THIS LOAD, AND SAID WILL PAY $150 LAYOVER FOR EACH DAY, BECAUSE OF THIS T EAM DRIVERS WANT TO LEAVE THE COMPANY NOW WHEN I

The management always make sure to take care of its employees, has great system support and strong interpersonal relationship and teamwork! This company is built to last and deserve more than a five stars rating!

If your interested in having your vehicle lost twice and paying for 4 day shipping only to have your vehicle show up after 8 days instead this is the company for you. They dont respond to calls or texts for days at a time and wont put any effort into finding your vehicle until you threaten legal action all the while blaming the drivers instead of taking responsibility for the vehicle they happily accepted money for. If your wondering about compensation for mistakes made on their part dont worry they will demand you wait until after delivery to discuss it and then cut all contact after your vehicle arrives.

We booked a load with this company and we verified pick up time as the shipper would not answer the phone. They assured that we could pick up and the shipper was aware. Our driver arrived and he was denied. We told them there would be a fee for the truck not being used and they refused to approve it, they want to give $50 for load they did not communicate with the actual shipper. Our driver lost out on a load and had to drive 69 miles to be able to eat anything or use the restroom as the shipper was in the middle of no where on a mountain.

Booked a load with Austin R. My driver headed towards pick up location and was 30 mile away from the shipper. Then received an email that load got moved to the next day. I said that we can not lose a day and just need a TONU to cover my driver empty miles. Requested TONU and receive an answer I let you know before shipper and at 10am this morning man come on. Still think that this is a good company, probably it wasnt the right person to work with.

Book a load with this Austin Robinson told him all inforamtion when the truck will arrive to the PU, when we moved 140 mls towards a PU was told that the load is cancelled and shipper moved this load on his own. Called to the shipper and a gentelmen told me that a Freightec broker moved us from the load and found a cheeper truck who is close by. When I called to Austin he told me that he will move me from the system if I will call him again, but before we make me waited more promissing to call me back, than gentelman called me frome the shipper and told that they loading another truck and Austin asked them not to give us a chance for checking. DO NOT BOOK ANY LOADS WITH THEM ! BE WARE ! NEVER CALL THOSE LIARES.EVEN IF YOU PU LOAD FOR THEM CANCELL IT AND BRING IT BACK, I DOUBT THAT THEY WILL PAY YoU !

Do not book With Austin Robinson . Austin uses truck and dont pay Tonu and will just ignore call and emails to just not to pay . Driver drove 50 miles, waited and load was canceled . We did not got paid for use of truck .

We ran a load for Mike L. had a delivery appt 7am. didnt get unload at Shearer foods till midnight. Missed my next pickup. Now cant even get a response from Broker about layover or something for waiting so long. Plus had to pay $105.00 dollars to get my trailer washed out because of mess. Be cautious of these guys.

I booked a no touch load with them and it ended up being a driver tailgate load, their response was you have to do it.

Ive worked with Brady from Freight Tech an outside agent. Have been very enjoyable to work with. Communicates very well and takes care of the drivers. Best outside agents I have worked with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES,as noted in many other reviews.They short paid an invoice (PRO# 138929) stating the job was incomplete, yet NO attempt was made to contact us with issues. We provided a photo as well as documentation to prove this load was completed in its entirety, yet there was no attempted resolution. There are an inordinate amount of complaints similar in nature. This has become a pattern and certainly deems this company blameworthy. The owner responding to issues once they have gone awry is becoming a full time job. This time could be spent on coaching better communication, values and business practices among staff. Additionally, the positive reviews are seemingly in-house promotion.

Brady hill at freight Tec is a straight shooter from the beginning never no bs about the load offered. Getting the hang of invoices in the beginning a bit different but now i love the way it works. I recommend freight Tec.

You need to go back and forth to get u payment. I still dont have. and the person who gave me the load blocked me at the end because I kept asking her for an update. dont book any loads with this croocked company

I have tried reaching out to get paid for a load and have done all the proper steps in sending the the information they need numerous times but still havent gotten paid it has almost been a year and have had to pay my driver out of pocket. It has also been extremely difficult to talk to anyone in there offices.

Be careful with this company, they have agents that will book a load with you and give you the rate you need at the time of booking and deduct $200 for being 30 min late, even though ELD and shipper had everything to do with being late. Agents are commission based and basically they are thieves stealing from poor hard working truckers. Be careful working with Brady Hill, he as agent for them and he pre-meditates and books your truck and after you deliver he deducts for any reason he can.

Next to no driver support. They made an error on an appointment time which caused me to be detained for 27 hours and lost an $1800 load. They then tried to claim that I was clearly late, when I was on time for the appointment time that they gave me. I asked for detention or layover and was told ok until I finished the load at which time, they outright refused it. I will never use them again. BTW Raphael was the agent. He was very disappointed that I interrupted his family time on Sunday with this.

Booked load with Kyle Wilson for 08/13. It has been 2 weeks since that time but we are still waiting for detention. He is never in the office, always some excuses. Send so many emails, keep calling, nothing is going on. Plus we booked load on pallets which was not true. Will never book a load with them again and would not recommend anybody waste the time with this company.

I contract the service of Freight Tec over 2yrs ago to haul a truck from CA to TX..Long story short, their driver damaged my truck while unloading leaving me with $6071.32 worth of damages!Worked with Frank Montoya (broker) who promised to pay all damages then but over 2yrs later and over 50 emails exchanged, Freight Tec owner finally wrote to me saying that technically they never had possession of my truck (but their subcontractor) so they are NOT going to pay any of my damages.Even when I hired them (not their sub) and gave the money to Freight Tec (not their sub) the owner told me that hes NOT responsible of their subcontractors actions.GREAT BUSINESS MODEL!!.. hell take your money but wont take liabilities!!..You have been warned!.. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

Save yourself a BIG HEADACHE and STAY AWAY from Freight Tec MC 147619 Bountiful UT.On Dec 27, 2018 I booked a load with Freight Tec with Rey. The load didn’t have any pick up or delivery appointments when I booked it. The next day Rey told me what the delivery appointments were. I said that’s not going to work because it’s a 2 1/2-3 hour drive between the drops., that’s without traffic. One of those appointments will have to be changed because there’s not going to be enough time to get unloaded at the 1st drop (5am) and still make it to the 2nd drop(8am). I called every day to see if they changed either appointment, which they never changed. My driver texted dispatch, as a dispatch person at Freight Tec told him to do when he arrived. He texted dispatched because that way you have proof. I did have to prove to Freight Tec because the broker didn’t believe me. It didn’t do any good because it still took 1 ½ hour to get unloaded. Making it impossible to get to the next stop. That stop only receives till 9am. So long story short the broker had to reschedule the appointment for the next day and which resulted in a huge late fee. Which he is deducted from our rate. Either way there was going to be a fee as we would be late anyway. He said he would work on getting layover and wave the rescheduling fee BUT once the load was delivered he did nothing but took money away from us.

Last week we did 3 loads with this company. One from SLC to Cali, One form Houston to Cali and one from Louisiana to SLC. The brokers where awesome. I had all the Info right away on all my loads and they checked in every day. I am now in direct contact with my broker and we are setting up many more shipments for the coming week. I have recommend Freight-Tec to all my contacts in the trucking industry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not book any loads with this company. Brokers are untrustworthy and will book a load with you and give it away claiming it’s because there are too many brokers working on the same loads. The communication is terrible.

LOAD # 43205 SHORT PAIDDid this load for you guys back in January received payment in February but it was shorted by $1000 call the broker and he said will take care of I been calling him from last three weeks he just tells me he has an approval but why its taking this long for to mailing out check is he not telling the truth or what ? What option do I have just file on the bond or what ?
