Friendly, but not happy with follow thru and communication. Rarely will return calls or texts. If you want a semi-therapist for your kid that is focused only on the 50 minute paid appointments, then this place is for you.I’m adding to this Negative review again that I verified what the other person said about patting themselves on the back. Many of the five stars on here are related or connected with the therapist in the office. Check the names. I see one review of a teacher that never even use the services.Just like another negative review, I also had a horrible experience with out of network insurance and expensive office visits. Rachelle was denied UHC though others were accepted as covered, That review is 100% accurate. If I had a professional therapist I could give some flexibility, but this office isn’t really focused on that.

I went here to help deal with some postpartum depression and anxiety. The counselor I worked with had great insights and really helped. Im not a counselor nor am I related to any of the counselors here, as some of the negative reviews have mentioned about some of the positive reviews. I found it using my insurances member advocates service. I also never experienced difficulty with contacting them or scheduling. If I left a voicemail I always got a call back.

Three attempts to schedule counseling, no one called back. Yes, I double-checked the contact info. When dealing with important issues like the need for therapy, it seems more critical that you return calls. I see that other reviewers had the same experience.Also, look at their positive reviews. At least six of them are employees or have the same last name as employees. Their rating is heavily inflated by their own staff.

Is a requirement to work here patting yourselves on the back and leaving your own 5 stars? Called 5 different people and was connected via a google number each time, (I’m assuming so you can weed out the people you don’t want to talk to) all went to voicemail. No one called back. Only one person on your site says they’re not taking clients, but clearly nobody is. Thanks for the help.

Resilient Solutions has provided wonderful help for two of my children. I am so grateful for the safe place it provided for two children facing different challenges. I appreciate the wonderful place Becky has created for a healthy way to deal with emotional stress.

I am a school counselor, and as such I have had more than one person tell me this place is fabulous. I just had a parent last week tell me their young adolescent is doing so much better because of the therapist their child is seeing here. The parent told me if I ever want a referral that she gives them a 10! I cant give referrals, but I can say what others have said.

I have met 2 therapists here and loved both. Thanks Becky for being such a kind and understanding therapist that I would refer to anyone.

5 stars for the therapist, Cody Harris; and 4 stars for the business office itself. There were some issues with billing claims that took several months to sort out, but the office eventually worked them out, and Im grateful for that.

Becky Andrews is one-of-a kind!! Her compassion and thought process in helping others is such a gift.

I have 2 teenage daughters that struggle with various forms of anxiety and depression. Their therapist has been amazing and they absolutely love her!

I was told I was in network with them. I then got charged an additional $98 directly to my card without receiving a bill. They are now saying I was out of network so I got charged the additional amount. They lied to me to get me in the door then turned around and charged me without my permission. These guys are crooks. Dont go here!

Not a professional place. the therapist I saw promised all kinds of outcomes for my daughter and then ended up not really being there for us. I dont think professionals should take certain clients when they really dont have those skills to help treat them. very unprofessional.
