I have had some professional clothing cleaned twice here. Both times, excellent quality. I went to a cheaper cleaner between and my slacks came back with something that looked like water or chemical spots on them. I took them to Red Hanger and the spots were gone! Their employee also stayed open long enough so I could pick up an order I needed to travel with the next morning. I so appreciated their willingness to help me out. Definitely will go back.

They worked on my couch covers to try to get some mud stains out from my dog. They were really nice and quick but the stains are still there. They look “clean” but I was expecting more.

Picked up my suit yesterday for a wedding this weekend. The entire suit smells kind of like clothes that were left in a washer too long and now have a damp sour smell to them. Can’t wear the suit at the wedding now and have to scramble to throw something else together.

I have been using Red Hanger for a while and I am always in and out quickly with well-cleaned clothes.

Left my garment stringy around the hem and was not done when promised. Had to go back in multiple times. I should go ask for a refund, but I just won’t ever go back. Plenty of other options.

I have been going to the Bountiful site for 20 years. They are amazing! They always have things done on time and in beautiful condition.

Needed my suit dry cleaned for a wedding. They did a fantastic job.

I brought a 5‘ x 8‘ rug to the Bountiful facility and inquired as to the cost to have it cleaned. The attendant advised me it would be about $25. When I returned to pick it up, I was advised the charge was $75. I advised this attendant, a different one, that I had been told it would be $25. He looked at the tag on the rug and said that a different service was provided, thus the charge was greater. I was never advised of any alternative charge to the $25 stated originally. Nor was I contacted prior to the additional service charged to be have it approved. I paid the $75 charge, but feel that I was poorly treated. As a result, I will neither use nor recommend your services further. My recollection of this episode calls up the word “dishonesty “ to my mind.

The woman was very helpful in customer service. I went there around 8 AM on 10/9. And she was very helpful and kind.

Sheridan is fantastic to work with. All my shirts are laundered when promised. On those rare occasions I have more than shirts, everything is done correctly and professionally. Been taking my dry cleaning to this location for probably 20+ years and have only been disappointed once and that was really minor.

A very reliable service made even more pleasant by a great staff of conscientious workers. I especially appreciate Sheridan’s willingness to make sure that my Pioneer period clothing is cleaned correctly - no missing buttons, no pressing, etc. in short, this is the type of old fashioned quality customer service that many businesses, both large and small, have sadly allowed to slip by the way.

Made a simple repair request far more complicated and expensive for no good reason. Didn’t ask for clarification and went ahead and turned some simple stitching into a $50 job. The craftsmanship was middle of the road.

I have taken my clothing to Red Hanger for the last 10 years. They always do a fantastic job and have mended a few items that I didn’t have time to do. There’s another dry cleaner at the end of my block, but I still drive further to take my business to Red Hanger because they’re the best!

We use red hanger in Bountiful for all our dry cleaning needs. They are quick and reasonable priced. As well as all pleasant to work with.

I decided to try Red Hanger even though it is several miles further away from my home than other cleaners because of the name recognition. My first experience was not happy. They were fast, the price was a bit high but not too much but the quality of the pressing was not good.All of the small cuffs on all of the shirt sleeves were just pressed over every which way and not ironed flat. I posted 3 pics but this actually happened on all the short sleeved shirts I brought in. Its a small thing, but its noticeable and its just not careful, quality work.If this is just to be expected, then I guess Ill find someplace else or someone else.

I brought in a suit on a nice wooden hanger, with a dowel for the trousers. The suit was returned to me on a cheap wire hanger, and your employee could not find it anywhere. I will not use your services in the future.

Crazy expensive. Did a small quilt and it was $27!! I should have just bought a brand new quilt for that price 🙄

HORRIBLE!!! Customer service is the worst. I dropped off two wedding dresses and asked them to be boxed. They told me it would be $99 each which was fine. After a month, when I went back to get them they had only been cleaned and not boxed. They told it was $99 for the heirloom boxing. I called the manager and he said I must have misunderstood . It would only be $99 total for each. After another 6 weeks I got a call that they were ready - when I went in they had one for $189 and couldnt find the other one. I called the manager again and he said they shouldnt have called yet but that they would both be ready in a few weeks. Went back to pick them both up and ended up having to pay $370 for both. It was like a nightmare and scam all in one. I paid it just to get the wedding dresses back.

I have never had any issue with my pick up and drop offs . The customers service has always been professional and friendly. I would have given 5 stars if it they had same day pick up.

Soooooo expensive!!! I will not be going here again. I am from out of state, and I’ve found many things in Utah to be cheaper than the Northeast (where I’m from)...not here. They charge almost $4 to get a dress shirt dry cleaned! I paid less then half that at my old cleaners. Every other item is $7.90 to be dry cleaned which is totally outrageous to me. I’ll be giving up the drive thru convenience for better prices somewhere else.

While the suit came back pressed and dry cleaned, it had acquired new stains that weren’t there before. This is distressing as I actually wanted for my suit to be clean. Do you want your clothes to come back clean?

Called ahead to get a bag of laundry done I was told $20 to get it done. I thought it was a little high but oh well. When I picked up my clothes they decided to charge me $48!! You may have the “best equipment and staff” but to be LIED to and have to pay that much for a bag of everyday laundry is ridiculous!

We took in some pants to be hemmed. A week later we picked it up only to find out they had just cleaned and pressed it. A bit frustrated when they just said sorry wait another week and pay again for the alterations.
