I have loved the Bountiful location. The staff is so polite and when I make an appointment I always get in and out really fast.

Lab services were fine, the issue I have is the billing the first bill I got was with in 3 months and it had PAST DUE printed all over it. I got a second bill within a month from LCA collections (an in-house Division of Laboratory Corporation of America) with all the threatening language you would imagine. Try to use someone other than LCA if you dont want to be bullied for waiting to be billed before you pay.

Staff were unprofessional and seemed genuinely annoyed to help us. Unacceptable way to treat someone, especially a customer/patient. I would not recommend this lab to anyone. Go to Intermountain and this most likely won’t happen.

I just had a terrible experience here. I’ll drive to another lab next time for me and my family if we ever need to go to a lab. If you have any other labs on your insurance I suggest you take your business elsewhere. On top of my experience, the place smells stuff and terrible and that is through a mask!

Called in the morning to confirm hours of operation. They told me I could come in at 2 pm for my drug test, so I drove from north ogden all the way to bountiful. Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me that they close at 3 and that they couldn’t do my drug test. Annoyed with the quality of care and they didn’t seem to care about how important it was for me to get my drug test done that day even though I was told to come in at 2 and was there with 45 minutes to closing.

Efficient and easy. Sometimes theres a wait, but they usually move through the line quickly. Ive never seen any employees standing around. The workers at this location have always been helpful.

Site is closed, but phone message simply sounds like they are away from their desk. Drove down for a pre-employment drug test that was due today and missed my chance to go anywhere else. Make sure you update your information so you arent hurting people!!

There was blood on one of the arms of the chair that they drew my blood from. That was really unsanitary. Had I not watched them open everything brand new from the package I would not have gotten my blood drawn here.If there wasnt blood on the chair I would have given 5 stars. It was very quick.

Most unprofessional facility I’ve ever been to. As people working in healthcare you think they would be a little more compassionate. Showed up 5 minutes late for a test and they would NOT take me. They said that because I was 5 minutes late there was no way they could take the test. I explained to them that I needed this test done for my current employment and that they needed it by that day. The best they could do was tell me to make another appointment. Joke of a buisness.

Went in for a drug screen, the lady at the front desk was really unprofessional and honestly just rude. Will definitely be going to a different labcorp location next time.

If you didnt have to go to this company and this location in particular, no one would go to it. They are horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. Prepare to feel like garbage. Also the place is not well kept. Rather depressing really.

Worst lab Corp!!! Don’t go here! Unprofessional people who works here and they don’t care to patients at all. The front desk lady will not help you, she is like a robot. She will just drink in her big fat cup soda and stare at you.

Customer service reps were rude right off the bat when I called to ask about my lab work. They seem like they hate their jobs and take it out on the patient.

This place is awful. I’ve been here a couple times over the past few years and every time has been a bad experience. The lady that works here is so rude and not at all helpful. I will be going to a different location from now on.

Place was closed both times I came in even when it clearly says the hours on the door they were still closed been waiting for over 20 minutes
