I interned at Fluid last summer and it was the most integrous and positive work environment I have ever been a part of. They have changed my perception of the entire advertising industry. The management they’ve taken on in the last two years is honest and experienced—it is an entirely different team than what is described in some of these older reviews.I have nothing but good things to say about this team!
Weve partnered with Fluid and it has been a breath of fresh air. Top caliber individuals that are passionate and work hard.
The big question when we work with an agency is trust. There is never a question in our minds that Fluid prioritizes the success of our business over everything else.
Love working with these guys.
Fluid continually meets and exceeds my expectations. Ive worked with them on a variety of projects and they are always effective at meeting my needs. I appreciate their willingness to help me in any given situation. My account manager is always keeping me updated on projects and advising me of any issues that may occur. Id recommend Fluid to anyone looking for marketing services.
The team at Fluid is top notch. From initial brand concepts to design, and execution, they worked fast and hard to deliver an exceptional brand platform. If you ask me what I like the most about them - Its the way Phil and his team approach things. Its a way of thinking about things that is derived from talent as opposed to learned behavior. You have to know and feel this stuff. They do.
Bedrock Quartz loves working with Fluid. Doreen is our account manager and is always so quick to reply, takes such good care of us and doesnt make me feel like Im bothering her when I send her 15 emails a day! Theyre wonderful! Their design team is spot on too, they take our mild ideas and turn them into wonderful pieces!
Working with Fluid Advertising was horrible. We contracted with them for social media, advertising, and graphics services. The social media assistance was uninspired; they just took information from our website and posted it. No additional effort was ever taken on their part. I had to take over the posting duties because once they posted data that was incorrect (actually inserting a project from our main competition) and that they did not run past me. So I had to take over the actual posting and eventually we got so fed up with their effort that we are doing it all in-house.The graphics were for our proposal materials, which the goal was to come up with some very unique designs. The assignment was shifted to one person to the next, because one of them quit (which, in hindsight, was a good thing for her). Once finished, it was also not very good. If you need this type of help from them, you’d be better off going to a website that sells stock illustrations. You’d save a lot of money. If you need to personalize them, go through an online freelancer. At least that way the digital artist will communicate directly with you. This leaves the advertising. I’ll admit that I didn’t give them much time for the ad, but they were bragging how creative they were. Why I suggested using stock images before is because that is what I ended up with at the end… a stock image with a tag line. It was okay; not great. Luckily it was just for one publication, so I used it.In the end, the Client Representative that was working with me got fired. No loss there. There are probably others that need to be let go. The person who took over knew things had gone badly, but did little to remedy things—but to be honest, I was so very glad to cancel our short contract.Use them at your peril. It’d be better to just ask for a little extra money and hire someone to help you in the office, rather than dealing with this company. If you look at their reviews, they seem pretty good—but if you look closely you’ll see that they are old.
Having worked at Fluid in the past and still knowing most of the staff there personally, I can attest that you will be in great hands! Im a witness to the talent and dedication they give to each and every project. The awards they receive each year are evidence enough of the quality of work you will receive.
Great company and super talented employees!
These guys dont cut corners, theyre a high quality agency with the expertise needed to take my business where I want it to go.
Fluid has always been a great agency that listens to their clients, seeks for excellent creative and solves problems with out of the box thinking and innovation!
When I first hired Fluid Advertising, I was excited. I had just started my new business and after speaking with them, I was simply ecstatic because they led me to believe that they were the best because they made the process easy. They promised weekly communication so they could tweak things in real time. After my first payment, they were pretty good as set up my campaign. They communicated with me every couple of days.Within three or four weeks, my campaign was up and running and that is were things started to turn. It was as if they turned my campaign on and forgot about it. When they did manage to communicate with me, I explained my concerns (I wasnt getting any new business despite spending about $4,000 per month) By the second month, I had to lower my budget on ad spend, because the first month I did not secure a single new client. Still, two weeks into the second month, I still had not gotten any new business.I asked to see their keywords and I was appalled. Now, I am not a marketing guru and do not claim to know anything really about Google Adwords campaigns, but I am pretty sure having keywords like best lawyer Los Angeles, divorce lawyer Houston, and several others will do nothing to bring in business for a Salt Lake City attorney. When I brought up my issues with the campaign, they downplayed the significance.By the end of my 3 month contract, I had spent thousands of dollars and not even received one new client. To make matters worse, they claimed I owed them $1,600.00 for services rendered. I went through the invoices and identified errors in their invoices. They still kept pushing for full payment. Finally we settled the bill and I authorized payment on my credit card. I thought the issue was closed, but they were so inept, that they didnt actually charge my card, so today, 3 months after I authorized payment, they just threatened to send me to collections. This company is awful. Literally terrible. I go out of my way to tell people not to hire Fluid. I would never recommend Fluid to anyone or any business. As far as they have dealt with me, I feel scammed. I paid thousands of dollars for nothing in return. I question wether Fluid actually did anything at all on my campaign. I question whether they know what they are doing.I have since hired another PPC firm, Avalaunch Media, and they rock! I have received hundreds of leads on less budget than I was spending over at Fluid. So clearly something was wrong with Fluid. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AWFUL.
They know what theyre doing, they can help your company.
Their expertise in Google Adwords and Facebook Advertising was a huge!!! Help to me
