Im super happy with my experience at Memories to Digital. The staff was courteous and professional, the turnaround time was faster than expected, and the movies they converted for me look fantastic. Ive already recommended these guys to my mom, and Im planning to go back for more as soon as I can dig up the rest of my old movies!

Memories to Digital did a great job of transferring our treasured videos that were all on old cassettes to digital format so we can more easily view them on our DVD player. Just the other night my husband, daughter and I were reminiscing and watching one of them, such good quality! The fact that the store is family owned and operated makes it an even bigger bonus for me.

I have utilized Memories to Digital for creating slide shows and converting old formatted film to newer technology. My latest project was done quickly in preparation for a celebration of life and I was happy about that!I did have one issue in the past but they worked hard to fix it and successfully did so. I would use their services again in the future for digital projects.

Ive been coverting slides and 8mm/super8 movies for about two years now. They are amazing. I love the quality of the conversion and you couldnt ask for better customer service. They know what theyre doing.

It is a relief for me to have all the employees here help me with my 30+ year old VHS tape. Turned out it was a problem with a piece of equipment of theirs. About an hour was spent with me fixing the issue! The quality of the DVDs is above what I thought possible!

For my husbands birthday, I took a bunch of his old family photos to Memories to Digital. Their customer service was above and beyond! The owner sat down with me and helped me map out a slide show and a cd of scanned images as a surprise gift. I kept changing my mind and adding more images and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. My husband cried when he saw the finished product. Best birthday gift ever! NEVER got a chance to do business. The first time Gwen called me back, she left a message for someone else. She did apologize, albeit a bit flaky. We made an appointment to start the process of making several photobooks ( my mom died this past summer and I am making books for our family for x- mas )Gwen called me last night at 9pm to cancel our appointment scheduled for morning because she was worried about the snow.(And, No, its not a blizzard, just snow.) In the same voice message she continues on about her day and how if I keep this appointment, I will not get as much time. Unfortunately I couldnt reschedule and we are on time constraints. She called me back and very relunctantly stated we could keep the appointment (she REALLY wanted to reschedule) When I asked her if snow was going to be a problem in the future ( we live in Colorado, folks) she responded with a condescending wow ...so I cancelled everything and hung up ( I am a bit sensitive since moms death and have ZERO tolerance for BS) I do not recommend doing business with Gwen.
