Just had a move out cleaning service done for my 2 bedroom apartment. The services I received from Two Maids and a mop were remarkable! They cleaned everything. Communication with the whole team was awesome. They let me know when they were on their way, how long it was going to take, and gave me a heads up on when to come back. Becky is thorough, detailed, and quick. After being at our place once she didnt need any guidance or have any questions (which would have been totally fine! It was just extra impressive) and just got straight to work. Shes a sweetheart and leaves a note after the clean. She literally mopped her way out my front door as she said goodbye so that she hadnt stepped on the floor at all on her way out. Shes a keeper and I requested her for future services.

Breanna and Annie did a superb job deep cleaning my 2 bedroom condo for our move. They were charming, professional and really made my old home sparkle. I wish I’d used this service when I actually lived there! Thank you for your hard work!

We’ve had a few different cleaning companies and this has been our favorite. Rox did an amazing job in a quick amount of time… we have 3 kids ages 10 and under who love to help cook, do crafts, and play with slime. Rox was able to get every surface shiny again! It was so clean I actually ran into the sliding glass door, lol. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and communication! We just bought a house and wanted to get it deep cleaned before move-in, we contacted multiple cleaning services in the area but they were all packed or charged way too much. Thankfully Two Maids & A Mop was able to squeeze me in, even though I was on the waitlist and had a tight schedule. Moriah did a FABULOUS job! She was easy to communicate with and was very flexible even though there was a couple of things in the house due to some contractor work we had going on before move in. Everything was spotless and it made move in much less stressful. Compared to others I had contacted the cost was fair and not as expensive as competitors. I would recommend their services, especially Moriah to anyone!

I was planning to set up a monthly scheduled cleaning with Two Maids & A Mop, and after the first cleaning, wasnt totally satisfied (we had incredibly dirty hardwood floors in our kitchen/living room, and they didnt look any different after the visit - and walls/baseboard still had grease covering them). Bathrooms and general house was ok, but less than I expected for 5 hours.Thats fine, and I paid for the cleaning anyway, but the thing I didnt realize is that I would only be told of the next cleaning date after it was too late to cancel it - so we ended up having to pay 50% as a cancellation fee, since I didnt know the next date ahead of the cancellation window. Overall a somewhat strange experience, and wouldnt reccomend.

My son moved into an apartment that wasn’t vacant in between and it was a disaster and it was absolutely filthy. Roxanne and Moriah got it cleaned up it looks brand new. Absolutely amazing company and wonderful people.

I reached out to Andrea on Saturday, 2/6/20 because I was in desperate need of help cleaning my fathers house. I live with my 85 year old father who has dementia and Alzheimers and I recently lost my 22 year old son on December 21st. I have never used this company or even called them before. I let Andrea know my situation and within 20 minutes she messaged me and said that Roxanne and Erika said they would drop everything they were doing and come to clean. Andrea said they dont typically work on Saturdays, but they arrived within an hour of my call. I cannot express enough the kindness and generosity in their hearts to come and clean for me that day! They were so thorough and respectful. This house has never been cleaned so well. The baseboards, floors, counters, microwave, toaster, bathrooms, etc... are sparkling! They were in and out within 2 hours. Roxanne and Erika are angels and very very good at what they do. Attentive and thorough and kind and friendly. I would recommend them and Andrea and the company Two Maids and a Mop to everyone!!

These women were fantastic! Our housekeeper came down ill and we were expecting guests so we needed help at the last minute! The manager returned my call right away and kept in touch with me via text about when the ladies would be arriving. The two ladies who cleaned were SO kind and I could hear them trotting from room to room so I knew they were working quickly! They were very polite to each other and with me. It was such a pleasure to have them in our home. They finished early and asked if there was anything else they could do so I did a walk through and asked that a few spots which were missed be wiped down. I was so thankful for their availability, flexibility, kindness, and quality work. Highly recommended. :)

Wonderful cleaning, everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful! The only thing that was difficult was the estimated arrival window I was originally quoted was 10:45-11:45AM but then I got a text at 9:50AM from the cleaner saying they were 10 minutes away. Since I was doing a move out cleaning, I had to rush to get to the house to let them in. But other than that it was a very smooth process and I am very happy with the service!Edited to add- the names of the two cleaners: Roxanne and Erika! They were incredible.

This is the first time having a cleaner. I’m a busy working mom with a 4 year old and two dogs. Two Maids & A Mop has been performing a twice-monthly cleaning on my house for the last year or so. I am really particular about my house (yet too lazy to clean it myself!) and this firm has been doing a wonderful job. Kayla and Roxanne did my most recent cleaning and it is a joy to come out from my home office and find the house sparking and clean. They have been flexible in working with us being home due to COVID at the times of cleaning and they wear masks in the house as well. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never write reviews but this was so bad I feel obligated to.I booked the $155 cleaning service for my 1,000 square foot 2 bed, 2 bath condo, which is a steep price. In the past I have paid $80, and those companies have done a hundred percent better job. Two Maids and A Mop did a TERRIBLE job, both times they came out (a second team came to rectify the first teams job). The first team did not sweep, mop, or vacuum the floors. They were literally untouched. They did a mediocre job on the bathrooms. They dusted maybe 1/2 of the surfaces in my home. They did not touch my kitchen table and a couple other surfaces. The second team came out and I had to babysit them. They would have left without sweeping underneath the bed and other pieces of furniture. Again, did a mediocre job on the bathrooms. Did not clean any of the mirrors. JUST FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

I had Two Maids & A Mop do a deep clean on our home today. Im very pleased. Their service entirely met my expectations in terms of quality, consistency, and thoroughness throughout our whole home. I appreciated the extra touches like folding up my kiddos blankets, turning off all the lights when they were done, and putting everything back into its proper place! The devil is in the details often and they seemed to pay attention to the details. Id highly recommend them.

I once had a five star review up, but no longer. I have been using this service for almost 8 months. In the beginning it was the same girls and they did a great job. Now it’s different girls every clean. If I’m there I have to tell them what to do. Each clean that they do every two weeks gets painfully worse now. No attention to what needs to be done, and no attention to any detail. Just about every clean, I am calling to have things redone or to ask for better the next time. Today was absolutely a disaster. I came in to what looked like a hurricane moved through my business. Half of what was usually cleaned was not, and nothing was put back. Absolutely not acceptable. I’ve left 3 voicemails today with no response. I cannot recommend this company at all.

I signed up for a basic clean and it sure was nice to come home to a clean home after work! I was able to spend more time with my family because I didnt have to worry about cleaning up all the dog hair and wiping down the countertop. I highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop. Shoutout to out entire cleaning team, Mimi & Holli, Kya & Rachel, and I think theres definitely someone whos name starts with a B who did an amazing job. My husband and I started this service about 4 months ago and so far we really like them and would recommend them. We get the biweekly deep clean/touch up alternating schedule, which for >4500 sq ft is about $250/cleaning. It is a bit pricey probably, but not once you consider what you get. I think the quality, personability, and flexibility of this company is top notch. Weve been having our basement renovated most of the time theyve been coming and its led to workers being here while theyre trying to clean, old lock box codes or the lock box taken off by the workers, and one time the water was turned off while they cleaned. In every case where they couldnt do their work, they came back free to charge to finish up, which was a huge surprise for me. Then every time they come, they leave a checklist of what was done and a note, like, Addition downstairs is looking great!. Its just nice. We feel comfortable having them in our home and their team is responsive and upbeat. Another feature I like, although I dont know exactly how its implemented, is that your rating of your house after the cleaning supposedly feeds back into how those employees are rated. Since every cleaning weve had has been great, I try to remember to give them 5 stars.

This may very well be the perfect service for me. I am neat by nature so having someone come in to do floors, dusting and bathrooms is exactly right, and I am not paying for services I dont need.

Lack luster cleaning. When I complained, the manager came himself and helped to clean, but the entire experience was 6 hours to clean a 2100 sq ft house with 2 rooms removed from the assignment. Young girls who werent motivated. And it was ok with all the hassle. I miss my old cleaner that did it in 3 hrs with 2 people and were so thorough....they moved
