I emailed to request 2 services of Subpoenas and even told them who to serve. When we received the confirmation we were charged more without informing us. Their confirmation indicated that no ROS was provided but it was on the last page of each Subpoena. Then, they charged the attorneys credit card over $2000 instead of $216. Now she has to wait for 7 days to get her $ back. Ive used this company before and never had any problems until now. Very unhappy and will no longer be using this company. We should get a return of monies for their lack of professionalism.

This company is dishonest to say the least. The owner will tell you that employees are drug tested. They are not. Beware of trusting your valuables in the care of this company. They treat their employees like garbage. Not to mention, they will steal your last paycheck if youre ever unfortunate enough to work for them. The owners will promise one thing and deliver another. Never send anything time sensitive with them, such as a proposal, it wont make it on time and the owner wont take responsibility.Youre better off hiring a carrier pigeon to make your delivery. I dropped the ball and realized this morning an important document had to be south of downtown Denver by the close of business today. There was no way on earth I could take the time to make it happen. I resigned myself to calling a courier service, fully prepared to pay a small fortune.. Denver- Boulder Couriers picked the package up at my home and had it to its destination before three p.m. $23.00. Are you kidding me?? If you are ever in a bind, remember the name. In this case, they were lifesavers!

Im based in California, and had to serve papers in CO within 24 hours. They were professional, quick to respond, clear with expectations and extremely well-costed. No problems at all and took the stress off an already stressful process.

Id like to give less than one star in this review, but I guess thats not an option. Despite the fact that this business charges premium rates, it doesnt offer premium services. As it turns out, its up to YOU to ensure that they dot their is and cross their ts, and that includes being sure to tell them the phone number of the pick-up location, as they certainly dont always ask for it. Their credo seems to be, The customer isnt always right, and if the customer might be even partially in the wrong, let em have it.

I used DB Courier as a messenger to solve a major problem I had. My son was home over XMAS in CT and urgently needed to settle a traffic ticket in Denver court during his absence. I contacted Katie to discuss my problem and she arranged for a messenger to take the necessary documents to court along with payment to close this matter.
