I am so glad I finally got there after hearing rave reviews for years. Delicious food and it was fun sitting outside at the picnic table. At least on the day when we were there and it was warm, they had many doors open so there was great air circulation.

I needed a battery replaced in a Samsung Tablet. Even though their website lists it as a device they repair, they dont work on the less expensive Samsung Tablets because they are glued together and cant guarantee it will go back together.

I went to the store to buy a Sonos home audio system, Samsung Frame television, office supplies, etc. and set up an install date with Geek Squad after a Home Advisor came to my house. The install date was set for May 11 between 7 and 1 which really means between 9 and 12 p.m.No one showed up. No one called. No one emailed. I took time off of work and waited to no avail.When I called the 1-800 number - total disaster. I tried calling the store. They dont take calls any longer. I went to the store. They couldnt help me. They then told me that they rescheduled it for May 25, 2021.I had previously given this Best Buy a 5 star rating along with Geek Squad but something has changed dramatically.The customer service is now horrid. The place is understaffed, they lack professionalism and common sense service has evaporated.The Assistant Manager at the Boulder store that was on duty around 1 p.m. May 14, 2021 was useless, unprofessional, and couldnt muster a single word once the issues were explained. Normally, an apology and some type of solution are recommended.NOPE! The Assistant Manager needs to be removed from his position and some of the past super stars need to be brought back.I decided to cancel my order entirely and buy my goods elsewhere. I was still going to buy the Sonos Beam but the Assistant Manager was so unbelievably incapable of doing his job that incompetence was screaming at me. As a result, I decided to get everything purchased refunded.I had a few thousand dollars refunded after a 30-45 minutes process that seemed disastrously bureaucratic. They identified a $30 charge for a gift card on my receipt that I did not purchase. Eventually, a Supervisor asked if I had any past purchases that they could refund $30 too. He solved that problem but shouldnt of had to be in that situation at all.Joe, one of the employees, managed to figure out all the hoops that needed to be jumped through and eventually got all my money back to me. Promote him, fire the Assistant Manager, and hire competent people.I wont be shopping at Best Buy again and the company account will no longer be permitted to use Best Buy as a vendor. We sold our holdings in Best Buy today too. The future looks bleak at Best Buy/Geek Squad.

Dont bother. Anything that they can fix, you can also fix with a quick Google search. Anything that you cant figure out on your own, they cant fix it either. I have had multiple bad experiences with the Geek Squad, never taking any computer to them again.

Very quick and helpful extracting critical data off a failed drive. The web and phone-based reservation system was down (seems to be a common problem) but the staff worked me in right away, gave lots of useful advice or replacement hardware. Very professional.

My problem was straight forward, and I had a warranty. The rep was very polite and professional in scheduling an appointment and then reviewing my issue. The rep only needed 9 minutes. Highly recommended.

Be very careful- Geek Squad saved my credit card info and put me on auto-renewal for a service plan. I had a charge for over $200 that I did not authorize and when I called to figure out what was going on, I was told that they save your CC info and renew automatically. I dont ever remember being told anything about this! Seems pretty shady not to authorize this type of purchase before charging someones card.

I can hardly even give two stars. After a month, Im still waiting on my brand new computer to be repaired. I would have NEVER sent it off to the repair-place-in-the-sky had I known it would be this long. What a freaking hack service. Its been so long that they havent even sent an email update and now when I go online it wont even recognize my service order number. They dont even have information when I call. I might not ever shop here again.
