Services going down often doesn’t care what time it is or what day it is. These guys monitor their systems 24/7 used to provide your services. Haven’t seen a issue slide by them or not get resolved in timely manner.Definitely a solid provider of IT services. We intend to stick with them.

Sorry for the lengthy review, but I want to be clear about why Im giving Earthnet a one-star review. In general, Ive been happy with the service — I got what I paid for (more or less), and the tech support has been friendly, efficient and effective.However, when I decided to disconnect my service, I first discovered that it would take a month for Earthnets sub-contractor to accommodate the termination, THEN I discovered that Earthnet would not re-imburse me for the 2+ months BEYOND that termination date that Id pre-paid. (The pre-payment was NOT part of a lease or contract beyond my monthly service; it was just to cut down on my own checks and postage.)The CEO weighed in on my issue with a tone-deaf, self-serving response — something along the lines of: If you decided to pay us in advance, then decided to disconnect, thats your problem. When I pointed out that even Earthnets own terms of service do not adequately address my particular situation, I got no response. (I gave them two weeks and bugged them in the interim.)OK, maybe this is a matter of buyer beware. And had I chosen Earthnet as my ISP, then maybe I would have figured out some of this nonsense earlier. But, in fact, Earthnet was foisted upon me by my old ISP when it decided to get out of the ISP business about 2 years ago. I suspect my particular account, being a legacy from another entity, was never a priority for Earthnet. Thats fine, but that doesnt justify unethical behavior. So, there you go: BUYER BEWARE of Earthnet.
