After a recommendation by a colleague, I contacted Computer Worx about our email not working at all today. As our business only has 7 computers, not their minimum required of 10, I was told they wouldnt help me. However, after explaining the situation, I was left with the impression from one of their staff that he would ask around their office and see if he could get some help for us in the form of troubleshooting, as we literally had no email. I waited all afternoon for a return phone call, thinking help was on the way - just called back at 4:30 to find status of our help and was told that he never intended on actually helping us - just trying to find us a referral. When I expressed my disappointment at having wasted the afternoon hoping to hear back from them, he simply said Have a good day, Goodbye. Lesson learned - if your business is too small by their standards - dont bother - youre not worth the time.
