I needed some help with Outlook and my printer and someone on NextDoor suggested I contact Nancy, which I did. She was professional, responsive, prompt, accommodating, has reasonable rates and most importantly, got the job done! Have had a little trouble with other IT professionals following through - but not Nancy. I highly recommend her!

When our computer desktop suddenly appeared different and wouldnt respond to normal commands, we called Nancy. She was at our house in 30 minutes, on a Saturday. After fixing that issue, she helped us clean up other issues and increase our internet speed. Her fees were fair, and her communication straightforward and understandable. We will definitely call her again.

I have used Nancy for almost 10 year with all my computer needs (PC and Mac), and basically anything electronic that is too complicated for me to figure or or problem-solve. She is just one of those people who is gifted in figuring out mechanical things, and she has a gentle teaching-and -coaching style in working with clients. You will love her. Nancy has been helping me with all my technical computer needs for about ten years. She never makes me feel inadequate, even though I am. She cheerfully tackles the most arcane to the most mundane. I have never stumped her yet.Most years I call her to service all our households computers and she has them all going at once. She re-configures everything to meet my current needs and adds all my new gadgets. Nancy leaves everything running perfectly and explains it in terms I can understand which is much appreciated by this semi- technophobe.On top of that Nancy is fun to have in my house when she comes to visit. Nancy has been SO helpful to me when Im stuck. Shes also helped me create documents and do many other technical tasks including with my cell phone and tablet. Shes patient AND shes fun, a joy to work with!
