We have used flatirons carpet over the years.. They are all ones we consider using. Why?They are very responsive. If you call or contact them in anyway, you get an immediate answer. This has been consistent over the years.I have always been able to clean my carpet in the time I needed it clean whether it’s for special occasions or special spots or anything.They are always punctual. Never late.Definitely the cost is very reasonable.I have a difficult pet carpet cleaning issues and they go beyond taking care of the problem and doing a very thorough efficient beyond excellent job of cleaning the carpet. We always have cabinets they can deal with anything we need help with. They even got grape juice of the carpet in my vehicle. Amazing.They are very friendly to be around. It’s like a family member coming in your home to clean your carpet. Your welcome them.They can tackle and take care of any issue. I had another difficult staining on my basement carpet and they made it look beautiful.

He has helped in emergencies on holiday weekends when we had a pipe break and saved the flooring which would have been ruined without his quick response. Okay so Flatirons Carpet and Upholstery are the BEST! I just walked into my home this afternoon to freshly cleaned WHITE carpets! These were NOT so white before. Its been at least two years ( I know YUCK) and six people walking all over them - 4 of them KIDS! I couldnt believe it! They look like new. Thank you Flatirons!! I highly recommend them! YAY Im in such a good mood! My teenage daughter remarked how they even got the spilled makeup stains of the carpet in her room.

I know more than a dozen people who have told me Mike does a fantastic job, so when I needed my carpets done I gave him a try. He exceeded my expectations! There was a stain that was present before I moved in and assumed it couldnt be removed, but they got it. I had a rug in the entry I was ready to throw out because it was so filthy and that looked brand new when they were done. Ill use them again.

Great cleaning!Mike arrived right on time and got straight to work. I have a 900 square food laminate floor in my office that gets quite a bit of traffic. Its gone uncleaned for WAY too long. Mike did a pre-visit, and then came to do the work the next day... I left a few minutes after he got here, returning a few hours later. DAY AND NIGHT! The floors were great, and hardly anything in my shop was moved (everything he needed to scoot out of the way got put back exactly right).Thank you FC&H! Great experience.

I spoke with Mike to set up an appt bc of all the glowing reviews about the work he does. I couldnt get passed his behavior over the phone. I will not give him my biz. He is rude, rude, rude and very defensive when asked typical service related questions. I will assume that hes going through a tough spot. Hopefully he can clean up his attitude as well as said to clean carpets!
