When I first met Ben he seemed very quiet and reserved. I soon learned through my interaction at Erie Chamber of Commerce events that he is an observer of people and unassuming in his approach.I asked Ben to facilitate my annual leadership retreat and conduct some DISC (communication styles and evaluation) assessments for us.Our full day retreat went great and we accomplished a lot in our short time together. Ben was able to encourage open, frank conversation, all the while taking copious notes and making sense of all the rambling thoughts and ideas.We came out of that meeting with several action items and deliverables that we agreed we would accomplish.
