I have been a Goozmo client for at least fifteen years for my law firms website. I chose Goozmo because their user-friendly set of tools gave me a great deal of control over my website even though I know nothing about website design, and it was more far more intuitive than Wordpress. I receive many compliments on my firms site and I enjoy the ability to update it in an instant.

We were using Goozmo for about 6 years now. In the beginning, their service came on strong and solid. Ive had some issues with customer service a few years ago. However, of recent, theyve been making more effort to take care of our needs promptly. They did do a great job of getting all their sites mobile friendly for Google ahead of the deadline last year.

There are no words to say how disappointed I am in this service. We have a non profit and the site is NEVER live. They took it down without telling us and then it continues to go up and down sporadically. How are we to be taken seriously as a non profit when our web host isnt reliable. Horrible service - we are moving to someone else - likely Go Daddy

Very poor customer service there is never anyone to answer the phone you either leave a voice message or a support ticket or email. I had my website hosted thru Goozmo for many years and have been unhappy for several years have had several issues with email servers and not being able to send email from all my devices. I would not recommend this business to anyone for any reason. They get 0 stars for poor customer service and even worse communication.This system makes you mark at least one star to post.
