I recently contracted with Green City to provide and install 17 windows, 2 Sliding Glass Doors, Full House Siding replacement, new gutters and downspouts, and 3 decks. It is a huge project. John and his team did an excellent job, were very professional and friendly. John was always responsive and provided great detail and information on all my questions. I always felt that John and his team kept my best interests in mind. I would definitely use their services again

I have two windows removed and replaced with a sliding door. John and his team are very professional, punctual and transparent. John is very knowledgeable and experienced, the work is beautifully done, great quality, the color of the door frame match my existing frame very well, feel like the door was original. Im very happy with his work. Good communication as well, keep me informed when the door is shipped and arrived, when the project can be started.

I used Green City to replace a window which had a busted vapor seal, install a new door set that had rotted wood trim, and install new locks on both my side an front doors. While the parts delivery and scheduling was longer than expected (most likely due to the pandemic and lumber shortages), once we had our date booked the work was done quickly and with high quality by John. We were very happy with the results and would use them again.

This was the best home renovation choice I have ever made. Green City has been the most professional company I have dealt with. So far, very good. Seems it will be a longer time just to GET the slider (2 1/2 months). We will see how that pans out (1600$ down).

Good process to select windows remotely; nice variety of window manufacturers and price ranges; installation itself was very efficient. Would recommend adding online invoice/payment.

My living room picture window failed. Green City took the job and came through with a great window for the space, at a good price, even though it was just one window. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and they left my place clean. Wonderful.

I called John to replace my screen door that was getting stuck, and whose net was coming loose at the edges. So John shows up to take measurements for a replacement, and on closer examination he noticed that he could fix the door, and perhaps a replacement might not be needed after all. He asks for a couple of Philips screwdrivers, gets on his knees to fiddle around with the screen door for some minutes, while having small talk. And voila, the screen door was fixed, no replacement necessary. Better yet, he even fixed the stiffness that had plagued screen door before it got stuck, so the door moves better now. And best of all, he did this as complimentary service, settling for just a thank you. I am very impressed by this amazing level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism, especially given the current economic hardships from the covid-19 pandemic. He spent his time, energy, and gas with the expectation of getting a business and then decides to charge nothing. It feels like a dream, an incredibly good dream. Thanks so much John!

John and crew are true professionals. He takes his relationship with his customers very seriously. He never made promises just to make the moment easier for himself, but put the work in to figure out how and when to make things work for everybody. And he delivered. He completed a siding installation project for me that had a million goofy details. The house was built in the 1920s and added onto several times- never correctly. This created several areas with conditions that would have confused inexperienced siders. Instead they were willing to work with me on each detail until we knew exactly how to get this project done correctly. Im a general contractor and felt as though I had a partner who cared about doing things right. Quality is the most important thing to me on all of my projects and this team more than understood this. They made sure that the siding was installed as the manufacturer required, so that it looked perfect and the flashing more than exceeded building code, but would actually protect the building.Because of his commitment to doing right by his customers his company is a real plus for the industry. Green City was the fifth company I contacted about replacing two doors on my home after a breakin. Even before I knew the estimate, I was ready to go with Green City due to Johns knowledge and approach. Some companies were unable to take the job due to the two different doors (one sliding glass, the other a custom size wood door to our basement). Not only could he walk me through a plan to do the whole project, but he took the time to hear everything we hoped for and proposed the best solution we heard. All this, and on top he had a very reasonable price. The work was done in half a day, and John is detail oriented enough to have made my doors turn out even better than they were before. After you talk with enough companies you get a sense for how each operates. Green City are honest, trustworthy and extremely competent.

Attempted to get an estimate for 2 broken windows at a rental property I own. Guy scheduling got all my info and at the end of the phone call said, We dont really do that kind of work. Everyone was easy to work with and they did a good job installing and with clean up. They only thing they could have improved on with our installation was the caulking of the windows. Some of it was not very smooth and was difficult when painting.

Green City Windows installed doors and windows in our previous home and were impressed by their work and price. So, when we purchased another home we used them again without any doubts and will use them again in the future but you have to be very patient with them due to their crazy busy schedule.

We LOVE all the work John & his crew did on our home... they replaced the siding, installed windows, doors, and added a deck. They were easy to deal with, very accesible answering each one of our questions, and made sure things were done right. I particularly appreciated John walking us through the various aesthetic and functional choices whenever we felt overwhelmed.
