Awesome place. Guy was very cool, and extremely nice. He is very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to knives all around, especially when it comes to sharpening them. Did a knife sharpening class with him and it was very thorough and detailed, and I enjoyed it alot. Showed me many ways on how to sharpen a knife. Highly recommend this place whether it be for getting your knives serviced or you want to learn how to sharpen them!

Just dropped them off earlier today and got them 3 hrs later. I dont know why I waited 10 years to get these knives sharpened. Reasonable prices and excellent work. These babies are sharp now!

This gentlemans work is masterful. You cant go wrong with him. Prices are economical too! I took in a fantasy piece my girlfriend got me. Its of a dragon blowing fire and the fire is the blade. Well it can as a blunt piece. There were no sharp edges at all. So I took it to this place and he magically gave it, not only a sharp edge; but the brilliant glint from the edges he put on it gave it elegance. My girlfriend, who doesnt like blades due to past traumas...loved his work as well. She said:Wow it looks really good with the edge!Thank you for your fine work sir.

Great to deal with and talk about knives. I brought in a Spyderco, Kershaw and a CKRT and he worked on them right on the spot. I enjoyed seeing his method of sharpening them. Quite fascinating. Price was more than reasonable. Would definitely come back again if I needed other blades sharpened.

Lyle is more than just a country boy from Montana who makes and sharpens knives. Hes a true craftsman who studies and understands steel down to the molecular structure. He has developed methods of knife making that put him in a class of his own and he continues to improve his art. Dont let his quiet demeanour and simple shop fool you, this man knows knives like few others. Watch him work if you get the chance, and better yet take a class from him if he still offers it

I brought in a wood splitting ax with a couple nicks in the blade. Bronk was able to grind them out and get it razor sharp. I was prepared to drop it off and pick it up a few days later but he was able to turn it around in about 15 minutes. Price was very good considering the amount of time it would have taken me to get it anywhere near as sharp on my own. Ill be sure to bring any other kitchen knives or tools here the next time they need to be sharpened.

Lyle is fantastic, he was exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and friendly, willing to share important information about my knives. I will be a customer for years to come and won’t attempt to sharpen them myself.

Stopped-in & met the owner Lyle to see about getting my set of Global knives sharpened-up. Was able to drop them off yesterday and picked them up the next day. I love supporting small businesses. But supporting ones that are exceptional is that much better. I have been going here for about three years. What he does to your knives is simply amazing. Ive sent in knives to get reconditioned at the factory and they simply dont come back as sharp as Bronks gets them. He is a true master Craftsman!

This guy sharpened two of my kitchen knives for under $20. Had it finished in 15 mins or so. I cant believe I was wasting time using a two stage knife sharpener when this place is a 10-15 min drive. Ill be going here every 4-6 months.

Very nice to deal with. I brought several garden shears and an old large pair of commercial scissors in with me. Figured it would be a few days. He looked them over and said they’d be ready sometime this afternoon. Couple hours later they’re done. Taught me a little about saw sharpening too although this is not a service he offers. I will happily be back!One caveat is that his shop is not visible from the street. It’s in the parking lot of the Grange Hall on HWY 527 & 195th, between the hall and a locksmith shop. Make the effort to stop in and support him, he’s good people and does a great job. Btw cash or check only, no credit cards.

Fast and friendly. This place is right next to my favorite Taco truck. Come get your knife sharpened by a craftsman and eat a taco while you wait! Ill be back again for sure.

They made it super simple to get my kitchen set sharpened. I got off work at 5:00 and they worked with my schedule so I could pick my knives up the next day.

Lyle is one of the best knife sharpeners in Washington state no doubt! I trust him with all my knives. From super expensive chefs knives, to rare antique knives! You could bring him in a disposable plastic knife and he would return it to you shaving sharp!

He is so good he might be a svartalf. Brought him a factory sharpened Katana and an unsharpened Gladius. He made both scary sharp for a great price. Any sword I buy in the future will be taken to him immediately even if it comes with a factory edge. Seriously he knows his craft.

I had a Zwilling Henkels vegetable cleaver. The angle of grind cleaves vs slicing. Lyle reground the angle more shallow and polished it. The edge is so good words cannot describe. I ordered a Zwilling Chinese chefs knife which I will have Lyle regrind the same way. His skills I swear are insane. The edge is polished sharp!! It doesn’t come from henkels this good.

We have a small restaurant and a lot of knives. Chef was well chuffed with the knives being better than new.

I brought several knives into Bronks Knife works, seven to be exact. They all are sharp enough to shave, or cut ripe tomatoes paper thin. Lyle showed me how to use a knife steel as well. Good stuff!

The gentleman that owns the place has been making knives for over 20 years. He sharpens your knife and even polishes it in about 5 minutes and charges 5-7 dollars. He sharpens serrated knives, straight knives, straight razors and more.No better place to reasonably get a knife sharpened.
