Woodstone is a better than average apartment complex. There are difficulties with parking, and the hot tub us more like the warm pool. But the maintenance and onboarding team are fast and great to work with. Our washing machine wasn’t working well, so we made a ticket. Maintenance was there the next day to replace it with a new unit. The small green field in the center of the complex is refreshing, there are lots of cute squirrels and crows. I haven’t made it to the workout room, but it looks great. There is also lots of seating to lounge in, inside and out. I’ve lived here for two months so far and have enjoyed it, even while working from home.

Ann was wonderful when showing me the apartment! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall nice person to be around. She wasn’t pushy or just trying to make the sale, she genuinely wanted to help us find the best place for us to call home. Looking forward to working with her more :)

We just moved in here a week ago and I am extremely happy with our decision to move here so far. I have never moved into an apartment that didn’t have a few things that needed to be fixed immediately, and here was no exception. However, the prompt response from management and maintenance was appreciated and all our service requests were fulfilled very quickly. The leasing office staff are friendly and professional and seem to genuinely care if their tenants are happy. And the maintenance crew has also been very professional and kind.

Only move here if you enjoy having your car towed constantly. Management will have your car towed, overnight security will have your car towed and other residents will have your car towed over the smallest issues without warning. I see a tow truck at least once a day and good luck even getting assigned a parking space that’s near your apartment.

Apartments are big with walk in closets in both bedrooms, pretty floors and paint. I love that they have a hot tub and not just a pool. The office staff is awesome. Specifically Ann who addressed all my questions. I couldnt decide between two of their units and never made me feel like I was irritating. Also best prices in the area.

Ann was very gracious and accommodating. She was personable and very detail oriented, you could tell she took her job seriously and answered all of our questions happily! She was great to work with.

I am so glad I chose to make WOODSTONE my new home! The appartements are well updated and the office staff is just wonderful...especially Ann; shes very friendly, patient and extremely understanding! The maintenance guy is also an amazing and prompt helper, my children and I love it here!!! Parking is the only reason I gave it a 4 ⭐, no parking for guests.

Manny (the maintenance guy) was great as usual. He actually takes care of the problem, doesn’t just slap a bandaid on it. He’s professional, clean, quick and reassures us that we can always call if there’s any other issues.

Moving straight from Kentucky, we were in a hurry to find a place. Showing up 5 minutes before closing; Ann didn’t hesitate to stay later and help us, and reassure us that she will do her best to get us in. To me and my family, it is imperative that the leasing office is personable, and takes pride in their occupation. That is exactly what Ann and the team are, and my family and I truly appreciate that.

Anna and Yadira were the ones who helped me out with my lease and they were incredible. Anna is usually first contact and she is so sweet and helps me with any questions or concerns I have. I feel comfortable going to them for anything and that’s definitely something hard to find when renting or leasing. The complex is amazing and the service requests I have inputted have been completed promptly. You can tell staff here cares and want to work hard for you. My family is incredibly happy here.

I recently toured here, and although I was too late at applying I am hoping that in the future something opens up because I will be applying right away. Ann and Yadira were so kind, and showed me all the different pros the property has to offer. Cant wait to put in my application!

Pretty good prices here, considering the area. Ann was very helpful with the move in details and everything. I had a couple maintenance issues come up and they were dealt with promptly when I let the staff know. If I could change anything here it would be the awful lack of parking and sometimes the outside area, especially around the dumpsters gets littered with trash.

I love living here. My apartment is quite and has lots of space. Anna and Yadi could not be nicer to work with. Polite, courteous, and always willing to try and help you out. The complex is clean, quite, and safe. I used to live in a 55 plus place. It was filthy and noisy ( people and traffic ). It was not safe, the people there were dangerous, they would threaten you, break into vehicles, damage stuff, and set off the fire alarms in the middle of the night. Management did NOTHING about it. I will stay here, MUCH MUCH BETTER.

After living here for a few months with my Corgi, Im definitely enjoying the experience! Ann and Yadira were so welcoming, are always busy and positive, and have been extremely responsive to any questions I have had. We have been in this apartment for almost a year now. The area is nice and quite, but the buildings are little older. We havent had any problems living in the apartment, we have been in contact with Ann since day one and she has always been there and helpful.

Out of all the properties in the area, this is the only property that was helpful and answered every question I had. Ann was so helpful, and I left there happy. I felt as if I was being heard about what I’m looking for. Wish the amenities were open, but hopefully soon!

This place is nothing but spectacular the maintenance is unbelievably awesome as soon as there is something to fix there immediately on it and very respectful the office are very friendly and if there is any problem they immediately handle it with respect and that is amazing! John-Apartment I-101 Ive been here for about three years and each consecutive year has been a more enjoyable experience. My kid loves the playground and its a really nice environment for him. I definitely dont plan on moving anytime soon, and the management team has made the stay here a very pleasurable experience. They are always finding ways to improve the units, recently with a wonderful new fresh coat of paint. Theres a reason Ive been here for so many years, highly recommended.

Modifying my original review to express my frustrations. We paid to end our contract early because we bought at house. I gave them my forwarding address. 2 months later I get a phone call from a debt collector saying we owed Woodstone some balance.This was never communicated to us. We never received a bill or any type of itemization for the balance. We were just immediately sent to collections. I have no problem paying an amount of money owed for any balance, but I cannot pay it when it is not sent to me. To find out about it from a debt collector was a surprise.This was extremely unprofessional and its disappointing.

My brother and I recently moved into these apartments after we heard there was a change in ownership. Everything has been very professional and anything that we have needed has been taken care of. Im excited to see what new things are in store for the property. Location is great, close to the freeway, transit, and shopping centers. The management crew are absolutely wonderful as well as the maintenance team. Shout out to Sajia, Tricia, and Paco for making this a great place to live!

My family and I have lived here for two years now and have had some issues with things breaking or not working properly but with the new management those things have been fixed. They seem to be committed to making improvements around the complex and whenever I have had an issue they try to resolve it quickly. We enjoy living in this area with easy access to stores, restaurants, and its close to I-5 and 405. Pet friendly, pool, hot tub, gym, and playground. Clean, quiet, spacious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Great place to live.

Definitely one of the better places I lived. The location is fantastic and the landlords are fantastic. Kim specifically was the best apartment manager I ever had.Highly recommend checking it out!

The staff helps as much as possible. They keep the area clean and tidy. The pool is always clean and the playground always ready for the kids. The parking situation is a little annoying but the new management is trying to take care of the situation. Maybe a voucher system instead would be more appropriate for how the apartment are set up. But an all around nice feel to these apartments.

This has to be the best place I have lived at. There staff (shawna) is amazing. She is always there, friendly, on top of any issues that may come. My kids adore here. All the kids around here enjoy her as well. She goes above and beyond for the kids. Hides Easter eggs, movie nights and kids can stop by the office any time for a treat!!!!. Summer is coming and looking forward to the bbq pool party. Thank you office staff. Your all great!!!

Parking is a nightmare. Been on 3 parking list in year I have been here. Still dont have another space. My license plates were stolen because I had to park on side street. Maintenance is okay. Lots of children. Other people dont put there recycling and trash where they belong. Mold grows easily in apartments. If your neighbors are loud you will hear them. If they smoke you will smell it. Close to shopping and busy roads. Could be 4 stars if they fixed parking. Document everything and dont be afraid to talk to management.

Management is outstanding. They’ll help you with anything you need. Highly recommend this complex.

We have lived in woodstone for the past year and recently renewed our lease because we have been impressed with the sense of community here. The office staff has gone above and beyond to help foster safety and community. I appreciate the movie nights, Halloween treats, Mothers Day plantings, and egg hunt that they have put on. While the events are fun they also have helped me meet my neighbors- everyone watches out for eachother there.We have had a few occasions that we have needed maintenance and they are always responsive and helpful!As a single parent I appreciate the security patrol that come through. While I have never needed to call upon them their presence is a bonus to me.

Ive lived here for a number of years, and over that time ownership has changed at least twice and management staff has turned over quite a bit. Since just before the re-branding to Woodstone, when the current ownership and management company took over, its been a night-and-day improvement over the previous ownership and staff. They care!* They installed a new durable playground to replace the old one that was falling apart.* They opened a fenced-in pet play/walking area.* Painted all the exterior walls of all the units.* Remodeled the clubhouse* Started towing vehicles that abuse visitor parking so that there is enough parking for those who need it.They also host movie nights for younger kids, with free popcorn and drinks, occasional social gatherings/parties.The office staff, Maricela and Shawna, has always been friendly and courteous. And maintenance concerns have been consistently been addressed by Vadim or Luis the same or next day, or for things requiring parts to be ordered, they notify me of the issue and the expected resolution.Ive read some other reviews that were less than glowing - yes, its right next to a busy road, but anyone who rents here knows that before they sign a lease. Yes, the walls and ceilings are thin - its apartment living, and your paying considerably less than you would for a comparably sized single family home, and you dont have to mow or do maintenance! Yes, the prices go up every year. But thats not just here - its EVERYWHERE in the Seattle area. Look at the competition, and youll find that Woodstone is priced appropriately. And yes, there are rules regarding the use of the pool that must be enforced for safety and liability reasons. There are no lifeguards, so parents must be responsible to ensure that their own children are safe. Being a half-time single dad of two kids under 12, I very much appreciate these policies.

Pro+ Convenience store is within walking distance+ Park and Ride located just up the hill+ I-5 and I-405 highway is within 5 mi.Con- No bank is within walking distance- Depends on the location, noise level is high- Apartment is old, unclean, and fungal growth everywhere (when first moved in)- Manager is not fully aware of lease. Do not expect one to know anything when you ask.OverallThis place is great if you constantly have to use highways. However, the apartment is old and was dirty when I moved in. Plus, manager is not fully aware of lease, which means one can not answer your question. Your quality of life here may vary depends on location of where you moved in.

If you want to be forced to smell your neighbors bad habit, like smoking weed and cig, this is the place for that!!!!!! I shouldnt have to move but I will be glad to when my lease is up!! Also, if you love stepping in poop in the grass, come and enjoy the grass over here!!! And finally, if you want other people who does not live here to take over the pool, have fun and enjoy!! I do see too many small kids having too much freedom playing in the streets!!! Hello parents, wake up and watch your kids!!! Also, the new apt manager failed to tell the residents that they sneak a $1.95 Service fee to pay rent online!!

Edited to add- new management is a SIGNIFICANT improvement. Far more competent and service oriented. Much more pleasant to deal with and have implemented some great changes. 3 stars though because the apartments are very basic and do seem to have a lot of maintenance issues. I have to submit requests constantly. In response to the owner, I have lived in many apartments and these most definitely have the thinnest walls I have ever experienced. I wont talk on my phone in my bedroom because I know the neighbours can hear every word I say.A few months ago, I would not have dreamed of going above 1 star for this complex. With the change in management companies over the summer, I am fairly optimistic and have bumped my review up to 2 stars because so far they have been an improvement over Mission Rock.Please be advised that Bordeaux is currently offering a years free parking raffle prize to residents who post reviews. No doubt, trying to move past the mess that was Mission Rock.These are very basic, older, apartments. Dedinitely not worth the price but welcome to Seattle. The walls are very thin, I can hear my neighbor cough. In two years of living here, we have had 5 managers. Were on our 3rd washing machine because they constantly break. Mildew in the bathrooms is a serious problem. The interior doors are ancient and constantly fall apart, unless maybe you have one of the few remodeled units.Parking is a nightmare. There are not enough spaces for residents, let alone guests. Expect to park a few blocks away. We have had to have people towed at least 4x because they were in our assigned space and again, since there is no where to park so we needed our space.The location is great though. Very convenient. Close to great schools, freeway access, shopping, etc. Just dont expect to be blown away or overly impressed by the units or complex.

The apartments are nice, but found out after signing papers that there arent enough parking spaces for the tenants. Have to find other parking outside of the complex for my car >:(

Staff isnt friendly and have the gall to ask for a good review after bad service. Took 3 months to fix a hole in the ceiling that was leaking moldy water. Parking is atrocious, good luck finding a spot for guests.

While this place has had terrible management, changing almost every year for the past 5 years, recent management has been wonderful. Great place for the price, especially compared to other complexes in the surrounding area.

The management and team are cool and responsive to small issues. When it comes to major issues they are all about the quick easy and most of all cheap fix

Honestly this is one of the worst places Ive ever lived, the manager/managers assistant are both rude and incompetent, the assistant has no idea what shes doing, everything seems to be breaking all the time, theres rarely parking so we have to park in a neighborhood down the street and walk, they randomly have days where the office is closed for staff meetings or probably just because they want it to be, when it comes to having issues they dont seem to care at all, all they want is your money and to stays I from them, dont live here and definitely dont give them your money, its a waste of your time
