They provided almost clairvoyant advice as where to price my house, when to list, what to do prior to listing, how long it would take to sell, and how long it would take to close. While they appeared professional, they are simply trying to get as many signs up in as many yards as possible. Once your transaction is nearing closing, you will not have access to them for any communication, questions, or support.Wham, bam, thank you mam. Poor service, low value for money.
