Highly recommend Grand Event Rentals for your wedding and event furniture rental in the Seattle area! After my best friends wedding, and seeing the beautiful 8-foot farm tables and vineyard chairs she rented from GER, I also reserved the same furniture style. The price was very affordable and the team was early dropping off the furniture on a Friday afternoon for my Saturday event. I rented 3 farm tables, 20 vineyard chairs, 1 collapsible table and 2 linen table cloths and spent around $500. Their delivery fee is a flat $70 fee. Thank you to GER for the great rentals!

We really cannot thank Grand Event Rentals enough for all the work they put into making our Seattle outdoor wedding/indoor reception as smooth as possible. We planned our Seattle wedding from abroad, so from the start clear, consistent communication was necessary and Jill went above & beyond to meet our needs.We rented an arch and chairs for our ceremony and dining equipment and pipe & drape for the reception. Grand was flexible with drop off/pick up times and everything arrived as ordered. Not only was Grands service incredible, but the price was very reasonable and less expensive than other local event rental companies. A few items were broken/missing after the wedding, but Grand charged under $100 for the damages.Overall, I could not be happier with our experience with Grand Event Rentals and highly recommend their services!

I was happy with my order, the only reason im giving it a 4 start is because my silver chargers were all scuffed up and scratched up. and the columns were also dirty and scratched and scuffed. Other then that everything came on time, quantity was correct, dinnerware and glassware was beautiful.

I had a good experience with them. We rented a large coffee urn, coffee server, and plastic pitchers for our wedding. It was easy to reserve and and pick up and drop of was a breeze. They were quick to answer me and the pick and and drop off time period was very generous.The only complaint that I have is that I forgot to pick up the rentals the day before the wedding (with everything going on it slipped my mind) and I did not remember till the morning of! It would have been nice if they would have called me but at least I remembered.

Use any other company to rent rentals from. We used them for our wedding in Port Townsend, even went into the storefront in Bothell months before because we were concerned about delivery and pick up so far away. They assured us it would be totally fine. However, only a couple hours into the wedding our servers started dumping out our guests wine because the drivers from Grand Events came INTO our venue and told the servers it was time to pack up, hours before the contract said they were supposed to come in and pack up the items. I contacted the general manager and brought up this and the fact that I had ordered 65 pint glasses and they sent 11. He was completely unhelpful, basically didnt believe that his drivers entered our venue and were the cause of hundreds of dollars of wine being poured out. I would absolutely never work or rent from them again. They didnt even cover the charges we incurred due to not having pint glasses last minute. This company has abysmal leadership and zero customer service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! You wont regret it.

What we were looking for was out of their scope of expertise, but they were extremely nice and even gave us 3 referrals for companies that might!

My experience with them was good. I was late in reserving, so they naturally had more limited options; but our backyard wedding event for 85 was beautiful, and all the details through Grand Events went off without any difficulty at all.

Super friendly and flexible, and they even forgave being one day late when returning our chairs. I will definitely use their services again!

If you think Stephan Ss issue with GER (see Yelp) was bad where he got an invoice for missing inventory one month later, imagine how I felt when I see my credit card getting charged 6 months later for missing inventory (on my honeymoon no less, yes the honeymoon was delayed but thats another matter). I was never sent any sort of notification or invoice or statement regarding the missing items, and when inquiring them on this matter when it should have either gone to the zoo or the coordinators for mishandling this item, they (Jill) just shrugged their shoulders and decided that it should ultimately be my credit card to be charged because thats what was on their file. Getting blindsided by this charge 6 months later will not make it easy to search for the items in the zoo now will it Grand Event Rentals? Stay away from these guys.

I was so shocked when i received the 75 chairs that i rented for $3 eachThey were dirty, scratched and one of them was broken. I will not rent from them anymore.
