Clean, nice to have 4 options for washer size and 2 for dryer. Has change machines and can use credit or debit card for many of the machines. Several carts available and a stool to see top of washer which I need as I am short and bare reach the top.

Well laied out facility with wide aisles. Light and airy. Coin change machines, soap dispenser, food vending machines, TV, Free Wifi. Machines take credit cards, and even, tap & go payment methods (Google pay). Attendant on premises.

I’ve been doing my laundry here for about a year & I have no complaints. The owners are nice & friendly. I like that you can use your debit card to pay for the washer & dryer.

Its good but the prices are too high.. for small machine 3$ and after 4.50, 6.25, 8.25 and the biggest one is 10$ last year was cheaper but they are changing the prices every time

While traveling needed to wash some laundry and this place was close by. It’s a very clean laundromat and the machines are well cared for and washed my clothes as expected. Like some of her reviews state the prices are a little high. Otherwise a great service all around. Thank you!

Very neat and clean. Despite not yet being able to fold my clothes or wait for them in the laundromat, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, I will still continue to use Alfine Laundry. Very friendly staff.

There is just something to love about a classic laundromat- if you know, you know, and this is one of the good ones! Vending machines for detergents or snacks, change machines (or credit swipe on machines available), tv on in the corner with subtitles, old magazines and a community flyer board! Folding tables and chairs not available due to COVID but the worker was kind and the place was CLEAN. Hopefully my washer at home is fixed soon, but if not, I will be back.

Would give higher review, but owner attendant walks around with a steak knife in her hand. The other attendant walks around without a mask on.

Good place, reasonable pricing on high capacity to super high capacity machines. Can do 2 regular loads plus bedding in one of their $6 washers and dry for another $2, in about an hour and a half. Have been here a few times and never had any issues. Clean and comfortable waiting areas. Sketchy neighborhood and people outside is all.

Cleanest laundromat around. The owner was constantly cleaning the whole time. Also cleared dryer vents. Some washers/dryers take credit cards. Language barrier with owner may make him seem rude to customers but he was quite friendly with us.Obviously if you show up at 8:30pm with laundry to do, he will send you away because they close at 9:00pm.Saw one family come in just after8:00pm and (before sending them away) they promised to wash only. He was cool with that. He just wants to go home at the end of the day like everyone else. Recommended!

The owner is nice, there is some language barriers but he tries and other than some expected wear and tear on the machines or vending machine malfunction (happened once to me) this is my go to place. We try not to use the bathroom ever due to transients and the occasional homeless person that use it daily however the owner or whoever is on schedule is always moving and cleaning up after people and rotating finished laundry to keeps Things moving.

Clean, brightly lit, and well maintained facility with lots of washers/dryers of multiple sizes, including super high capacity. Machines take both/either coin or card, vending machines are available and well stocked with drinks, snacks, detergent, dryer sheets, fabric softener, and oxyclean. Change machines also available. They even have accessories available like laundry bags, hangers and lint rollers. Drop off service and alteration services too. Definitely the place to go for laundry!

I drop off my comforters there and the owner cleans them really good. They are full of cat and dog hair when I drop them off and when I pick them up no hair on them at all. They have done a better job then the other places I have taken them. The price and 30 minute drive is worth it.

I rated this 2/5 due to the cleanliness. It’s a tad dirty but what laundromats aren’t? The staff was a tad rude but it got the job done. Would I recommend this place? Sure—if you need to get your laundry done and this is the closest place. Get in and get out and get your stuff done.

Really bad service guy made my girlfriend and I feel uncomfortable and wouldnt leave us alone about how to laid our washer touching our clothes. Never go here super expensive too.

Washers dont wring out waher well. Not enough dryers. Owners argue with you when you tell them laundry is too wet. Think they do it on purpose to get more money in dryers. Last time I was there it was busy with customers and there employee was using many of the dryers. Uggh. Had to wait just to dry.

I will never go back! Their machines EAT quarters then they ACCUSE you of lying about it. I spent $50 doing laundry. This was very offensive. I DONOT RECOMMEND

WARNING...this place sucks and their owner is rude! Machine ate my quarters and they called me a liar! This is the worst interpretation of customer service ever and it also feels kind of skeevy...like it breeds germs.

Clean parking is good it takes a debit card not just quarters a lot of machines not usually too busy there is a staff member there a TV a table candy machine soda machine the dollar store next door and many places to eat

It’s hard to find a laundromat these days but this one is clean and has machines that take quarters or credit card. There is a change machine and a detergent vending machine.

Clean laundry facility, its nice knowing the machines get cleaned every night.

Horrible, sorry that I have to give one star, they really deserve zero. Came in at 8:20 to wash and dry, perhaps my timing was bad but ordinarily laundromats post last load times so you can guage whether to start or try another day, Not here! Around 8:55 the older man in the pair of employees came over to my machines, looked at each timer, stood in front of me, look down his nose at me, and said why you wait so late, we closed. I had no words but I did and asked him why he wouldnt say anything before we started washing and of course he didnt have an intelligible response. With about five minutes left on my wash I went over to the desk where the two men were sitting (undoubtedly talking sh** about me) and asked if I would be able to dry my clothes. To which they responded that they were just employees and if I wanted them to stay I would have to pay an extra hourly rate of 26 dollars ($13.00 a peice) per hour. That rate didnt include the dryer fees. As a business owner I would never wish any owner ill but I sincerely hope they are forced to sell or close their doors. And dont be fooled they understand English just fine.

Good place, went there when our dryer broke. They have a lot of washers and dryers in different sizes, the Asian staff persons English is not understandable.

Prices are ok staff is awful!!! the dryers do not work cost so much to dry not worth the time. would not recommend unless they fix their dryers.

Ive not been to this laundry mat for as i have called a few times was trying to get their hours of opperation and every time i called someone answered but would not talk... So thats all i got to say here!! Poor comunication skills

Been there twice, owner refuses to acknowledge English if you complain about anything. Methhead people in the parking lot while you wait. I kept the pistol chambered while waiting for my clothes to be washed and dried.

Rip off!!! They ruined my comforter cover and denied any wrong-doing!! Rude, disrespectful and completely without honor.

Lots of washer and dryer machines, from double-load on up to your-whole-closet size, priced accordingly. Clean, although seems to have a regular group of homeless that hang out in the front and come around begging for change.

Until I came to this location, I did not know I could love a laundromat!! I live in Capitol Hill. When I have time, I drive all the way to Bothell, just to do my laundry. If that doesnt tell you everything you need to know....
