Maser Hardwoods just finished installing new hickory floors in our living and dining rooms. They refinished the existing hickory floors in the kitchen and foyer. ( Swedish Finish) They laid the floors and finished them so that you can not tell where the 20 year old floors stopped and the new floors began. The floors are beautiful and we could not be more pleased.Luis and his crew were extremely professional and trustworthy. We were amazed at how little dust there was to be found. I asked Bill to come over and give an quote. He did, was very nice and sent an itemized quote a week later or so. I told him what had decided to get done, he did send an updated quote and estimate when they could do it.But then nothing, I have sent him several emails and text messages. A month has now passed and we need to find a new contractor.
