Amazing church! My family came here to be a part of the student ministries camp for a couple days and then went to a church service on Sunday. The staff and people are so friendly. All of the volunteers were very kind and generous to us. The student ministries around is a great space for students to know Jesus. We watched the leaders care for students and help them understand the gospel of Jesus Christ. When we came on Sunday we are able to find a parking spot and get our kids to take him to children’s Nastri. Our kids enjoyed learning about Jesus into the worship center. We really enjoyed the music. The message from Pastor Steve was encouraging, applicable, and uplifting.

This is my first time visiting with my family and was so excited to find a new church for my family. First is the lack of parking space and nothing was even done to redirect us nearby. My family kept driving round aimlessly until we found a spot so far away from church.By the time we came into church, there was nobody to welcome us in and get us settled into a seat. As a twin parent with toddlers and a older sibling, I could barely concentrate to even listen to the preaching as I was battling my toddlers in my hand. My family also had to be splitted so as to get a place to even sit.I presume this is NOT a family-friendly church which is my primary reason for searching for another church for my family.I’m sorry I will mot be returning but as a suggestion to the church if they’re reading this:1. Have direction in place for cars2. Do better for families3. Project the Bible passages on screen (in this age and time, this should be the baseline)4. Y’all too crowded, some more ventilation is needed.God bless his church.

Canyon Hills remained open during this covid crisis? Super! Following Gods law is far more important than the governors law! Thats what a real Christian would do! For that alone, I am thinking of visiting. I heard great things about you guys including shutting down online services to NOT enable certain churchgoers who just need to check off the box that they did this Christian thing of listening to a sermon when they are fully able-bodied to go to church.

I used to love coming to Canyon Hills Community Church.... that is, until Pastor Steve Walker decided he was above the law and wasnt going to abide by the governors orders regarding no inside church services as well as limits on the number of people who could be inside the church once in person services had been given the okay to resume. If your Pastor wont abide by the law and the rules that have been put in place to protect the general publics health and safety, which lincludes the churches parishioners, then what else might he be doing that would call into question his character, integrity, and ability to put the lives and best interests of his parishioners over his own selfish and irresponsible desires to put people in the churchs seats simply for the purpose of putting money in the collection plates?!?!?!I get it, I really do. No people in the seats means less money in the collection plates because people arent giving as much online as they do in person. But, people are getting sick with the Corona virus AND DYING from it and Pastor Steve Walker doesnt give a damn as long as his own personal paycheck keeps coming in!!! And, in addition, the church isnt even trying to sanitize the church between its 3 Sunday services!!!Steve Walker has now put himself in the same league as the likes of Jimmy Swaggart, Jim Bakker, Robert Tilton, Benny Hinn, Creflo Dollar, and so many other money grabbing so called holy men!!!I have lost all respect for Steve Walker now since he believes the rules and laws dont apply to him and he can just do whatever he wants!!When this pandemic is over, I will leave Canyon Hills Community Church forever! Until then, I will maintain my position at the church in order to be able to report more on the activities of Steve Walker and the elders that are not in the best interest of the church members and their health, safety, and overall spiritual growth and wellness!!!

Thank you, God, for protecting our church and using it for your Glory. May you live and breathe within us, may your power work mightily through us. May everything you desire, transpire through this one little, but mighty source. Keep us ever humble and forever in your perfect will. We bow down to you in submission and run into your outstretched arms. We. Adore. You. Thank you. Thank you.

The best church I have attended! It is an awesome place to worship and grow your faith and relationship with God. Very diverse church, and the leaders and congregation are friendly. My husband is in the military so we will leave Washington within a year, I pray God leads us to another church as great asthis on our next move.

This church is amazing. The pastors expository preaching is really good, and theyre not afraid to talk about the hard topics. If its in the Bible, they talk about it. Right now were in the book of Mark, and will be for probably the rest of the year. Its a big church though, so if you come, get connected in a life group.

I LOVE this church! They are so much more to me than just a place to go on Sundays - they are my family and they make me feel like family every time I step foot in the building. The Spirit of Lord is truly in this place and they allow Him to lead!!! And thank you, Father God, for Pastor Steve, a truly anointed Man of God!

Spacious and clean. With the recent pandemic and ramifications following after I’m impressed with the strict cleanliness this church follows. While still following all the crazy protocols the government pushes on churches, everyone inside has been compliant and gracious and now that patience has been rewarded. Great values, morals, and beliefs. So refreshing the pastor isn’t afraid to share the real raw gospel unaffected by the liberal agenda that has infected many Bellevue area churches. Amen for speaking truth!! A true home for Christ followers. Praying for healing for those still living in fear with hate in their hearts. Jesus is loving and forgiving AMEN

As the Director of The Damascus House, making a transition into a new area and starting a new ministry was overwhelming. This church and the staff welcomed our family with open arms, loving and supporting us more than we could have imagined. Their goal is to honor Jesus in everything they do. It definitely shows!

Weve raised our kids at Canyon Hills, and made our best friends there! It is a large church so it takes a little bit of work to get plugged in and get to know people. Join a lifegroup or Bible study and you will meet the neatest people. The preaching is honest, humble, and entertaining. We love Canyon Hills.

First to start with my name is Sandy. I am from California recently moved here. This is an amazing church filled with the presence of god. I liked the pastor steves worship. I always get anointed with the presence of Jesus when the songs are sang. Although I have a lot and lots of worries and problems in my life, but coming here on Sunday morning services makes me get strong and gives my spiritual energy to fight all my battles for the whole week. I have been to many churches, to be honest everyone only looks for offfering and fantasitics, but here I was so much impressed in this church that the services team is just so humble and simple who even dont know how much their have the strength of gods presences inside the church. I always like to support people and to encourage them like this church to know about what amazing worship their have and so much strength that god has blessed them. My first step was me and my boyfriend went here for counseling with pastor Jeff Potts, who is an wonderful and spiritual advisor who counseled both of us to get that spiritual attachment with god. Then I got engaged to my husband. It was so amazing that my husband who was born in a Hindu culture background, now accepted Christ and accepted for Baptism. I love the songs they sing, song which makes me so strong and feel the presences of god like a raining shower from the heaven. Thanks for Chelsea ( worship leader and Dave Morgan & Koby Orr (worship pastors) and all the music team. You guys are so awesome having a beautiful voice of praising the almighty above and making everyone so heart touched with so many beautiful gospel songs. God bless you guys all. Me and my husband will always keep coming and bring many people into his glory to praise god. Our support will be there always for this awesome church.

The worship is very high quality skills and technology, and it provides a space for deep personal worship. The teaching pastor makes tough truths understandable and shows the practical way to live in joy in this very troubled world while we love and help others.

Had friends who warned me about the rudeness and domineering men with machismo personas. Totally should have listened. And youre treated poorly if you advocate for yourself and/or your kids. Lesson learned! Well never return! Also met some of their attendees outside of the church who are quite rude and lack the character that I suppose I was expecting from a person whom professes Christianity.
