They take $10,000 for our escrow fee - only to have the front desk personnel snap at us - being rude the entire time, while another employee just walks by and doesnt say anything. WE are paying for their jobs. They should basically be FIRED. Period. Or, perhaps it was their time of month or their menopause moment. Who knows? Who cares? By all means - use a different title company.
