In my experience here, Dr. Wang and her team put in extra effort to make patients feel cared for as a whole person, and not just their teeth. The staff is professional, welcoming, and non-judgemental. I would recommend this office to everyone. It’s a long commute for me, but it’s very worth it because of the environment and quality of service.

Dr. Wang is, hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to. My teeth were in really rough shape when I went in to see her, and I had a lot of anxiety about how much work was going to be needed to fix my teeth. Her and her awesome team were always kind, supportive, and made sure I had no questions or concerns during any of my appointments. I am so grateful to have found Bothell Family Smiles Dentistry, and I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I moved to Woodinville and was looking for a new dentist when I found Bothell Smiles. Dr. Wang gave such care and precision during my exam and cleaning. She gave me a few tips I never heard before from other dentists. After my visit, I honestly think my teeth have never looked cleaner. I am so thankful and would strongly recommend Dr. Wang and her team.

Great experience here!Dr. Wang and her team were super welcoming when I first arrived, and they have made my appointments so easy. Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable, gentle and she listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel judged. I was in grad school for a few years and I haven’t been to the dentist, and she was very understanding and helped me get back on track. Also, the office is super clean and they have kept up their sanitation even through the coronavirus pandemic - I feel very safe here. I live out of state now, but I’ll still come back for my regular dental checkups.

Great experience x2! After almost 30 years with the same dentist, the dentist I had been going to since I was a kid retired. This left me in search of a new dentist, so I decided to try out Bothell Smiles Family Dentistry. The two times I have been to the office have been excellent. Each time Ive gone to the office, I was greeted warmly, seated promptly, and quickly been on my way! Dr. Wang is caring, friendly, and clearly very passionate about her craft. Im extremely satisfied with the quality of care I received, and I will be going back!

It has been a while since I went to a dentist and with covid even longer. It was my first time at this office. Making an appointment was easy but I recommend making it as soon as you can since availability with covid restrictions is limited. I saw Dr. Wang for a routine teeth cleaning and I was pleased with how seriously they take patient and staff safety with the pandemic. They are careful to not have overlapping patients and everyone is required to do a temperature check. They had lots of hand sanitizer too! The staff was responsible, professional and friendly. The office is very clean and I appreciate the seasonal decor in the office, it made it feel very welcoming. Dr. Wang and staff made the dental cleaning experience very easy, they would talk through each step and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening, they were good about not making you feel rushed. When I wanted to know more about my dental health or best practices I was glad Dr. Wang didnt get annoyed but rather responded very sincerely to all my dental care questions, you can tell her and the staff at Bothell smiles cares a lot about each of their clients. Overall a great experience!

I’ve been going to Dr. Bemis’ office since I was 10 years old. I’m 24 years old now. I’ll go to him for as long as he’s open. I love his wife who helps at reception and behind the scenes too, the other dental assistant is great as well and hilarious. Dr. Bemis is gentle, quick and efficient. A lot of the time I honestly say “I’m done already?” at the end, whether cleaning or cavity. He is great about answering any questions and really listens to what you say. But he also calls you on your stuff if it’s not up to snuff. Plus they don’t try to make you talk with your mouth full. I love this office!

Ive been coming here for since I was very young, around 23 years now. The practice was previously owned by Dr. Bemis, who I have nothing but good things to say about - all of my dental work over the years has been top-notch including a large composite cap still going strong 20 years later.About a year ago, Dr. Bemis retired and sold the practice, so things have changed a bit. The new owners have modernized the equipment and record-keeping systems, and the quality of the dental work continues to be excellent. Changes of ownership always make me a bit nervous, but so far I am very impressed and recommend this place without reservation.
