Mike Dondos, Superintendent at Primarius, fixed our elevator after we had been told by another company that we needed a whole new system. Mike as helpful, very knowledgeable and provided excellent service, I would highly recommend using Primarius, particularly if can get Mike to do the service.

Independent, local, and flexible elevator specialists who dont maintain the promises they make. Their goal is to make money and not have they customer in mind whatsoever. I worked as a Project manager there and the practices used were appalling. Projects would get worked on based on how late we were or how fast we could get paid. Customers would sometimes not get a response for months. Needs new management!!! Lots of backbiting in the office and no work getting done!

This company is a joke. They will not communicate accurate information or take accountability for their work. My mother’s new home was delayed it’s occupancy permit by 3 months because of their incompetence. Brandon and Sean are as pathetic as their excuses. NEVER hire these idiots.

We are the GCs. We had to have Primarius take out a dumb waiter last Aug. We have been waiting for them to install it since January. Still no estimate or date to install. Owner seems to not know anything about their jobs. We have left numerous messages for Jason, their sales rep, and he never returns any calls. He did finally come out in March to see what was needed, yet we are still waiting 3 months later. Not estimate and not date to install!

Avoid. Typically one week after service elevator fails. Failed to keep the elevator in compliance for 3 years despite a contract. Today, Friday, phone is busy all afternoon with no emergency contact available. Update: their number is not the one on their website, so they came on Friday. Claimed it was a computer glitch but problem persists. Simply incompetent.

I have been working with this company over the past year in regards to a new construction home. Originally we had intended on installing an elevator into this new home but as construction costs rose the clients decided that they would like to just rough in for future elevator. This was when my issues with this company began. I had asked several times for drawings from them and was put off several times by them and finally by mistake was ccd in an email stating that the salesman had back burnered us because we both had bigger things to do but its getting heated now. We were told it would take 2 weeks for drawings it took 7. Most recently our clients had decided to move forward with pre-wire and we have asked this company for weeks now to provide us with an estimate and a date they could provide this service to us and they are now not returning our calls our emails again we were told 3 weeks and we are now going on 5+ weeks.
