Turned on my desktop to start working, and my computer was completely dead. Dropped it off with Mike on a Thursday, and it was all fixed the next morning. He was friendly, helpful and fast! I was terrified I had lost things, but he managed to recover all of it onto a new hard drive. Highly recommended!

My computer died, and I wanted to get document off it. I am not a techy person and was in panic mode. Mike saw me the same day (during the height of the pandemic, masks and all) and was able to assure me and save the day. I was very happy and his fees are more than reasonable

When my desktop computer died, Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and provided two options for repair: (1) install new parts or (2) recover the data on the hard drive. Because the computer was old, I opted for option 2.I was very satisfied with his service, and would certainly use him again for any future computer repair issues.

I brang in my pc to fix the ram and to get a os on the system and he’ll said he fix it and 4 hours later i went and picked up my pc he gave me the bad ram back and put new ram in it and gave me a free dvd drive and it only costed 20$ this place is amazing

I wanted to take advantage of my home being wired for ethernet by connecting our computers; however, I couldnt figure out how to do the setup. Online sources were not very helpful - sparse on details and often conflicting. Mike @ My Computer Guy completed the set-up in a matter of minutes. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. Would definitely call him next time I need tech support!

One month ago when i asked to fix my computer, I thought fixing audio system of my computer is not easy because getting parts is not easy job. But I could get my computer fixed by him several hours later after I dropped my computer.When I was asked to pay, I was again surprised at seeing how much he charged. It is very humble amount in comparison with the work he did to my computer. His job is very excellent, nice job. I believe. Thank you so much.

On Friday my hard drive failed. I arrived home to my SSD, but wasn’t quite sure how to install it. Called mine @2. Got me in at 2:15. Walked out the door at 2:45. He is definitely my computer guy.

Quickly got our printers back up and working after the new windows update. Highly recommend.
