I have done work for as well as with Bob Baldridge. We created collateral for his company prior to him selling that entity and retiring in his 40’s. Like all serial entrepreneurs he became bored and bought another company.I worked with him when I was his EVP of LFI International. We ended up traveling all over the world where I really developed an appreciation for his skills. He’s an outstanding boss, supportive and understanding but also firm. He’s probably the best negotiator I’ve ever seen, non-combative but just matter of fact in getting what he wants.
