I went to this facility several times and my doctor keepsSending the order as a standing one and they just refuse to set it up as a standing order. Today an Asian lady was in the front deskand she was as rude as she could and refused to solve the problem as well as to draw blood. AwfulCustomer service

I used their online appointment and checked in while sitting in the car. Received text about technician ready, no waiting in the lobby. And the technician is very patient to find vein and finally got it done. Sometimes it feels natural to share the positive feedback, this is one of such things.

Its not easy for working people to get there when they close at 4:30 mon-fri

Lab opens at 8am, employees show up at 8.40am, no one even bothered to speak with us. Finally left after 45mins of aimless waiting. When asked the staff about the lab, I was told its not their department and come back another time. Wow. Thanks.

Waiting time to get an answer or a test container over 30 minutes. Its even much slower than a regular DMV. Staff a far away to be friendly.
