Wow! What a fantastic gentleman Eric is! Outstanding service. I was in a real bind with my car breaking down on me but Eric was able to fix it that day going above and beyond the norm to get my car back to me. Cannot recommend this auto shop highly enough!

Eric is fast and very reasonably priced. I had a radiator leak that he correctly diagnosed and replaced the same day. Ill definitely be back for more work in the future.

Wow. Eric is the rudest person I have had the displeasure of speaking to. Wanting to pay for his services to figure out what is wrong with our car, and his answer you want a guess? Google it. Hopefully you can function google to see this review. In 6, probably not best to insult somebody in a review with culture shock and your response contains multiple spelling and grammatical errors.Edited: Owners response is an absolute lie as I did NOT enter his shop at all. I called. So next time you want to dispute a review, MAYBE you should know the experience the customer is referring to. It had to do with a window issue, as I have never had a car break down on me. Good try at lying though!

1) Eric agreed to work on my RV motor-home even though he normally doesnt work on big RVs.2) Eric found possible causes for the error code that my RV had and narrowed it down with the database he has and checking to confirm the issue. He explained it clearly to me when I picked it up.3) Eric got done by 4PM after I requested pickup at 4:30PM (as I had another obligation after that).5) His shop is only a mile from my house so I can walk to pick it up. :-)Im glad I took my rig to Erics Auto Repair. Im hoping he can work on my RV and my other vehicles in the future when the need arises.

Good down-to-earth mechanic weve used for a Nissan Maxima and a Pontiac vibe. Would have been nice to have an estimate provided with the list of deferred work, but ok.

First off I read the reviews of Eric and decided to give him a chance anyways. I called for a possible quote on a diagnostic regarding the bearings of one of my pulleys going out. The lady on the phone was friendly and told me to come in anytime. I meet Eric, he barely speaks English and had the most limp handshake. I told me that I needed an appointment and I asked if I can at least show him the sound and he was not interested. Eric is a rude with no customer service!

We took our truck here and frankly Eric scammed us. He charged us $1000 for changing spark plugs, and talked about doing some testing.... Never ever use these guys

Owner is very rude and condescending. I parked in one of parking spots shared by all of the businesses within the complex. After completing my business I went to my car and saw that I was parked in. I asked the owner of this business if he knew who parked me in. It turned out he was the one who parked me in. Eric very rude and insulting. He has no legal right to claim specific parking spots. If this is the way he handles his business he wont be working on my car!

Always affordable, Eric only fixes what needs to be done. Never tries to sell you things you dont need.

Erics had the best price on replacing the front wheel bearing on my Passat. Almost half the price of the dealership.

His English isnt perfect, but he has a heart of gold and his rates are very reasonable.
