He was extremely professional, on time, nice to talk to, and didnt try to up-sell me on anything I didnt need. I needed Walter o come back a second time and he didnt charge me for the second visit (just parts and labor). Probably the best experience I have ever had with a service call to my house. Absolutely the best! I called Alex at Sub Zero Appliance Repair after a frustrating experience with a major repair vendor. I was told by that vendor that there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator, even though it was not freezing. The representative charged me for coming out and left. These guys were awesome. I called Sub-Zero Repair because my refrigerator was not freezing from yesterday night. I made an appointment and Alex showed up on time, were very friendly, and fixed my refrigerator in less than 30 minutes! The igniter had broken, they removed the bottom cover, replaced the part, and now its working great! They are the fastest service in the area. I highly recommend Sub-Zero Repair!
