The team at My Hardwood Floors is one of the best that I’ve worked with. Wilfredo came out right away to take a look at our newly purchased home and give us a quote and his recommendations based on the state of the wood floors. Our wood floors had not been refinished in over 60 years so they were looking pretty awful. But even though I thought it might be an extra cost since the floors seemed to be in very bad shape they only charged us the standard price, which was great and surprised us. The team coordinated with the painters who were working on our house and came exactly when the painters finished so that they could finish all the work before we moved in. In just a few days everything was done and we almost couldn’t believe that the wood floors were the same ones as before. They looked brand new and stunning with the matte polyurethane finish. My wife and I were really impressed. We noticed one small piece of wood we wanted to fix on the stairs and they did not hesitate to send out a team member right away to fix it for us and make it perfect. We would definitely work with MHF again in the future. Great service and communication with excellent craftsmanship!
