The pharmacist was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all the medicine, especially that was good for my cough. I really liked the place and all of their staff. They really implement proper procedures and guidelines in their store. They had prompt service. Pleasant and clean place!

Gary Drug Co is superb. My medications always delivered on time and the store has nice toiletries, canes and some medical supplies. wonoderful customer oriented staff.

Gary Drug is the best pharmacy around. They are very accommodating and treat customers on a personal basis. They fill the prescriptions much faster than the chain pharmacies and are more competitive. I am spoiled by their great service.

Special, historic part of the neighbourhood...a remaining last glimpse of what Beacon Hill used to he before being run over by tourists and clothing boutiques. Great service, local feel, and has all the stuff you could need from emergency things to nicer high end products for hair and skin. Better place to get prescriptions than CVS (better privacy I.e. doesnt hold your info on file for life), and Gary is usually always around to chat and offer advice.

I found this place because CVS was backordered for months on my prescription, but I’m glad I did because it is legitimately quicker to ride the T here and drop off my prescription and wait for it than it is to go 100 feet away to CVS.

As a new resident to Boston I wanted very much to use my local neighborhood pharmacy but unfortunately the pharmacist rudely told me that it was not possible to get the brand name version of my prescription and that my insurance would absolutely not pay for it if he ordered it despite the fact Ive had no problem filling the same prescription in the state I just moved from. After attempting to reason with him I finally left frustrated. I had absolutely no problem getting it filled at Walgreens on Boylston the very next day and covered 100% by my insurance. 5 stars for Walgreens. So sad to be treated that way when you are attempting to patronize a small business.
