The VA west Roxbury was wonderful. When it came to burying my guy the VA main office refused to send a color guard to his ceremony because we weren’t married but we were together 32 years. I am totally disgusted with the VA because giving a service member the honors he deserved was rejected. The Canton VA office was wonderful. Not only was a full color guard sent but also taps was played it was so moving. Shame on you VA Boston for not honoring a service member. Thank you VA Canton for doing the right thing. You guys were wonderful.

The 1800 number has not been working, tried for 2 days.

I was here and they can print out military service records. The only problem was that my second time returning within one week. I do not have a copy of my military service record. The receptionist typed it out and it had someone elses name at the top of the page. The date stamp was also blurry. Sorry maam.
