I scheduled my order on 8/17 and had it completed 8/28. Only after I had to message their customer service for five days in a row. The actual quality was great and the people who came for lawn care were very nice. The service between ordering and the actual work was dismal. The customer service agent was helpful but defensive, the cancellations wouldnt tell me when my service was rescheduled, and they wouldnt tell me its rescheduled until after noone showed up that day. This is great idea but the execution is terrible.

Stopped mowing myself when mower bit he dust. I have used this service two times. They put me to shame with the superb job they do. Great mowing and cleanup. My lawn has never looked better.

I scheduled plowing for the morning well in advance of a storm - its now the afternoon and the plow is still not here and there is no ETA on the arrival. The time tables are inaccurate and unreliable.

My lawn has never looked better. I hope they keep sending the same guy back to mow my lawn because he does a great job.
