Had Johnny Bs come out a few weeks ago to treat for mice in my townhouse. The technician was awesome! While I haven’t yet used their services, I called this morning asking about a possible carpet beetle infestation. The gentleman that answered the phone was straightforward, honest and patient. The came out very quickly and resolved our issue. They were very attentive and thorough - walking the whole house and perimeter with my husband, instructing areas we should seal better and placed traps in several locations. Our pest problem was resolved from there on out.

Johnny Bs came out quickly, assessed our situation and how best to deal with it. After implementing their plan, our pests seem to disappear nearly overnight. When I called, they answered all my questions. Wouldnt hesitate to use again or to recommend to friends.

Johnny Bs was available quickly and did a thorough job. The technician showed up on time and was very patient with all of my questions. He even gave me his cell in case I had follow up questions. They were not the cheapest quote in town but I felt more satisfied by their explanation of services and extended 90-day warrantee.

I was able to book an appointment with these guys fairly quickly to take care of an ant problem we had in the spring. They explained the whole process to us, what to expect immediately following their visit, and when to call back if we were still experiencing a problem. I felt they were very fairly priced and super nice guys. Hopefully I never have to, but would definitely call them again if I had a future problem.

Yes, I would recommend them. One was found dead only 3 days after the set the traps. I think they might need to bring a larger box because we saw one that might be to big to get in. The trap box keeps being moved around slightly so we think it must be the critters.

I have used Johnnys over the past three years and they have come to bait for field mice. Each time the team was courteous, informative and effective. I would highly recommend them. Their traps resolved the mouse problem each time.
