I manage my own site, and find it fairly simple creating new content with their easy to use tools. If I ever have trouble, I just look for that subject on their help pages or contact support directly.

I have used Placester to build and maintain my website for a few years now and I couldnt be more satisfied. It is quick and easy to use. Looks wonderfully professional and as if you took a very long time to put together a professional website. I wish there were a few extra features accessible for the version I pay for but all in all so satisfied.

I purchased a website from another company and it was a nightmare. After 6 months, the site was STILL not up. I finally fired them and went to Placester. They built the office site and my agents sites and got them approved and live in less than a week! The setup team was great and was in constant communication with me.

Their support team is always helpful and communicative. I receive offers from lots of different companies, but Ive stayed with Placester because I still think they are the best!

I am very new at website building and I have reached out by phone and chat. The people are patient and helpful. The only reason it is not a 5 is because chat always starts with a bot which wouldnt be bad it just never gives you the right information.

Placester is an absolute money grab. The customer service is non existent and they will not help you outside of the online dashboard to do anything. Meaning, any change outside of the dashboard cannot be made. They will not tell you this, they will just continue running you in circles via a designated email “placer support” representative. Stay away unless you want to pay for too much for a bad service and and even worse product.

My experience with Placester has been great! I like the fact that I can customize my website to my liking, especially with their codeless platform, it makes editing super easy. Their customer service has been reliable and responsive. Overall im very happy using Placester as my Digital Store Front for my Real Estate business.

Great way to make a Website!

We manage a website for a Realtor and Placester is the most awful technology platform Ive ever soon in over 20 years in the tech industry. The general idea is salesworthy but the experience is like a bunch of teenagers built a website and then left it to bots to run. they created modules but not the modules an actual agent would use (like a web page for a listing). In theory you can do it but the tools arent there. Nor is the documentation. Nor is the support (is it a human or a bot? Not obvious from the response). If you call the # in Boston, nobody answers and nobody will call you back. Please do not invest any money or time in this platform, they should not be in business.

As a start up brokerage firm establishing my online presence is first and foremost a must in todays fast pace environment. Placester provides that quality based online solution with their professional web designs with easy functionality platforms. On occasion I have had customer service on the phone and they have been terrific, patient and ready with the answers I need to move forward. Placester online help center is filled with great ideas and videos that I am starting to implement and incorporate into my web site. A web site is a process to develop and is ever changing. Placester makes it quick and easy taking much of the guess work out of the equation. Terrific to work with. I highly recommend to any new agent or independent brokerage firm.

I use Placester to design and update my website. They offer so many features, beautiful websites to chose from and I can easily post new content. I am very happy with my Placester website.

The location is convenient via Car and Transit. The interior is very nicely designed. The kitchen area is also very well planned and useful for the seminar I went for.

Attractive and easy to use Web site. Support staff is very helpful with written and video how tos. If thats not enough, a phone call works too.

I gave them two tries and came to the conclusion that its just not there yet. The IDX solutions were terrible. Inconsistent search results. Different active listing counts by zipcode vs. cities (with one zip code) and still not the amount reflective of MLS. Customer support and service are good. Ease of use and price point are also good.

There is no level of service or customization. They cant implement Google tag manager or most other third party tags which makes conversion tracking from different platforms and remarketing impossible. It is a simple fix, but their response is simply that it isnt part of their platform. They dont care at all about the individual user because their contracts are with the big franchises. Not happy at all with the service or product.

Terrible search options for buyers. The site looks descent but the main reason for the website is to keep buyers off of Zillow and use your site. Hard to do when there is hardly any filters or options for the buyer to really target in on what they are looking for. Didn’t figure this out until I was under contract and they held me to it no matter how unhappy I was with there service. Save your money and use an IDX site that has more features and no contracts. There’s plenary out there that are about the same price and offer a better product.

Tech support doesnt know how to use their own product, which is like the Fischer-Price of web page builders.

I really like their real estate website capabilities. Before using this I had a basic website that someone built for me before but it didnt have MLS listings or interactive capabilities that let my clients search for properties and save listings or anything like that. Placester let me get a great website that has a lot of the features that the big real estate websites offer.

Tons of tutorials and support for a platform thats constantly developing vital features. Could be more customizable.

My website with Placester is clean, and high-quality in its appearance. Plus, when I reached out to customer service, they were so kind, and so attentive, and very quick to help me.

Ive tried a bunch of real estate solution providers and I think none of them are perfect, but Placesters worked out well for me so far -- had a better experience than the others. I saw they got a bunch of funding lately, so maybe thatll help them keeping adding stuff as well.

Do not build a website on their platform. You cant do any SEO, make any changes and you cannot export the files you upload. Support is crap, they break things and say they are gonna fix and they never get back to you. I tried to talk to their support team and account managers and it became clear than once you are on their platform they have zero desire to make things right.Caveat emptor...

Placester, I like how beautiful your websites are and really want to work with placester (but wow, placester is making that impossible). Im in the trial phase and was frustrated with the following (hopefully someone can resolve).1) There is almost no support for technical problems on your end. I had problems that your team confirmed had to be resolved by your engineer team. I was told they may get to my ticket in 2-4 weeks. Thats after Ive already spent a week calling and emailing to resolve the problems.My issues are as follows:1) My contact information cant be saved (I get a pop up saying try again later). A random agents stock photo is currently there-so I cant use the site til thats fixed.2) My social media cant be added (I get the same pop up).3) There was a glitch with my testimonials not uploading that had to be fixed.I love how beautiful the site designs are, but cant believe theres almost no support when there are technical glitches on placesters end.
