My experience with Paul Chartier was nothing but positive. I had never worked with a recruiter before, but when he reached out with an opportunity on LinkedIn that sounded interesting I decided to see where it went. He was super helpful throughout the whole process from giving me tips on updating my resume, to helping me prep for interviews, and advocating on my behalf for better compensation packages. He made the process less stressful and very smooth. I highly recommend that anyone in the Boston area considers working with Paul.
I had the pleasure of working with Amy Greensmith. She was easy to work with and very informative about the position I was interviewing for. Amy was very professional but very personable and enjoyable to work with, she made it feel like we had known each other for years. Amy was excellent with helping me structure emails and calls to help with my stage presence. Would recommend her to anyone I know!
Worked with Amy Greensmith in searching for a job that fit perfectly with what I was looking for in my career. She was very professional, answered my questions with expert and attentive responses, and was quite friendly in our meetings -- definitely above and beyond the call of duty.Though my job search is complete, I know who to turn to should the need ever arise.
I am currently in the final steps of working with Amy at The Atlantic Group. She reached out to me via LinkedIn and having never worked with a recruiter before, I thought I would give it a shot. She has been soooo helpful during every single step of the process. From prepping me for interviews, to having an answer to just about every one of my questions, she has been a huge asset during this time. I highly recommend her skills if you want your job search to be done quick and with a lot of efficiency.
I worked with Amy mostly and she was always on top of her game with making sure I was prepared for interviews, following up with me as soon as she could, etc. Sometimes you find a recruiter and go weeks without hearing from them but here that was not the case. Super friendly, proactive, great at communicating opportunities and listening to requests as well. Very thankful I had the chance to work with her and would highly recommend Atlantic group. Great experience with them! :)
Had the privilege of working with Arthur Riddle - super nice guy who was extremely helpful and eager to assist wherever he could in helping me land a new job. He was always available via email or phone if I needed anything, and stayed in contact with my now employer(s) until they offered me a position. Whatever youre doing at the Atlantic Group to train your recruiters, keep doing it, but not sure you can teach social skills and likeability - that was all Arthur.
Over the last few months I had the pleasure of working with Arthur Riddle. From our first conversation on, Arthur displayed the utmost level of professionalism and enthusiasm regarding my current job situation and prospective job search. Arthur also enjoyed our off-topic conversation which reinforced my belief in his genuine character with desire to help in any way possible. Throughout my search, Arthur communicated effectively and efficiently with myself as well as prospective employers. I would recommend Arthur Riddle and Atlantic Group to any individual in the job market!
I have recently had the pleasure of working with Amy. She was attentive and provided prompt, courteous service. I would highly recommend her services for anyone looking to find job placement that fits your expectations and needs. Thank you so much Atlantic Group!
I can’t say enough about my experience with Atlantic Group. Arthur Riddle was so professional from the very start and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I never had to reach out to him - he would always keep me updated on everything. I highly recommend this firm and especially Arthur.Carolyn
This recruiting agency had not only my best interest at heart but worked really hard to make sure it was a good fit for me. As a millennial, I wanted a place that was fun, safe, and fast paced. The Atlantic group gave me my dream job and always made sure I was prepared for my interviews. They still check on how Im liking the job. Thank you, Amy Greensmith and the Atlantic group team for everything you do!
Meeting with Sarah Lemelman was the worse interview experience I have ever had. She is a very nasty woman. She was very condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. Sarah was the one that reach out to me and had a pre-screening phone interview with me. So, I was very surprised that in the in-person interview she was very rude and negative and even questioned my availability to start a new job. If Im searching for a job obviously is because Im need and willing to start a new job. She even went as far as trying to make me feel bad for not using the wording she said to prefer on resumes. This feedback was not constructive criticism. She said it in a very rude demeanor. As it is job searching is very stressful, it doesnt need to be made worse by recruiters that behave unprofessional.
I have recently worked with Amy to find a job after months of searching. Amy was professional and a pleasure to work with. She helped me land an awesome job that I am super happy at! If you are thinking of using this agency you wont be disappointed!
Horrible experience! Won’t name the recruiter. Not sure if she just had too much on her plate or just bad at her job. Seems like she only has one client account which she keeps pushing for. Never follows up, even when you call or email her. Got through to her once and she said she had all these positions we could discuss, turns out it was only 1 for the same company she’s been pushing. She then said she would send me a follow up once she submitted my resume, havent heard from her since. It’s been over a month attempting to work with her and I have nothing to show for it. I have moved on to work with other recruiting agencies. If the other agents at this company are like her, I would not waste time using this agency.
Its been just four days since I learned about Arthur Riddle and Atlantic Recruiting Group in Boston -- and as of yesterday, Arthur found me a job! Whats even more impressive to me is his level of professionalism -- and genuine interest in finding the right fit for me. I strongly recommend that anyone seeking a new job and any employer looking to hire -- look here first.
Scheduled a phone screen with an associate director and that person never called nor did they acknowledge my follow up. They contacted me again 2 weeks later. I agreed to a phone call, only to be blown off a second time.
TERRIBLE experience. Completely unprofessional. I got a call from an Amy Greensmith about a job almost a week ago.First, I missed the initial call and she left no voicemail. I called back and we set up a Face Time interview. She NEVER called. I left a voicemail on her office phone... reminding her about our appointment and she got back to me and told me a meeting ran late.OK.... we postpone 4 days later and she doesnt call AGAIN. I did not receive an email about her missing our appointment once again. Considering I have a busy student schedule and had to clear time for these calls, this was super inconsiderate. If the job opening was no longer available I wouldve understood. But there was no communication whatsoever.Very disappointed in this companys service.
Had a good experience using them as a resource when finding job opportunities and helping with my resume/prepping for job interviews. I’m lucky to have Arthur Riddle as he and many others will keep tab on you making sure you will find and get the right fit with a job.
If i can give no stars i would. Horrible, unprofessional and just no sense of anything. Called for a job, i ask what it was would not tell me then saud thats why your unemployed l. Wow. Dont use them Sara and Chris are both complete idiots
